Whenever I come to Pasco Washington, I go to the Maverick on Rd 68 (next to the freeway). I get good service from Geoff. He makes sure the customers are happy. You don't get those kind of people very often, but they do exist. Good job Geoff.

Every morning I come into this location or at least I used to until the black lady started working in the mornings everyday is a constant struggle to get her to come over and check us out in the morning. She makes everyone wait for her and then she told a Maverick points customer that they could not receive their free redbull because their promotion is buy two Red bulls get one Red Bull for free. Then she asks me one morning to look at my bank statement to make sure that the transaction went through my debit card even though I only used my debit card to make the transaction but on the receipt that she handed to me it said cash so I went back the following morning and she started yelling at me telling me that I didn't pay for my items to previous day I told her it's not my job to check my bank account and make sure that the transaction went through it's your job to do it correctly. So she wouldn't sell me two red bulls the following morning because I didn't do her a favor and look at my bank account. There's nothing but problems with this lady she's not a people person at all. I honestly don't think she should be working at this location anymore. As a manager I would have fired her. For simply arguing with and escalating situations with customers. That I have escalated the situation myself to higher management

Love the Maverick concept and the cleanliness of the store, however, this is the third time in to a Maverick where I've had to wait for a considerable amount of time to check out with one cashier, three registered closed two self-check that only takes credit card, do not mind the self-checkout concept but how about registers that accept cash as the big grocery stores have.

The lady cashier who works there in the early mornings, completely rude does not need a job in customer service... don't dare come in wanting to buy anything while she's mopping the floor... acts like I'm such a bother coming In to buy stuff, I'm standing in line she looks up and just keeps moping and says just use the self check out... that's not my job if I wanted to use it I would have, they mess up half the time anyways which is exactly what it did when I used it... then she gets mad that she has to come ring me up anyways.. no "good morning" no "thanks have a nice day" nothing... this is the 3rd time I've stopped by In the morning with her working and I'm treated the same way every time. I'll go out of my way to a different place from now on. She needs a job where she doesn't have contact with customers....

They must not know how to count, they can't even give simple cash/coins back. Recommend paying with cards.

The coolers were down and the juice I drink needs to be refrigerated. I told the clerk, David, and be said he would take them down. After an hour, I returned to notice them still for sale. I purchased all of the remaining ones I could find to ensure they weren't sold as I have gotten sick when they spoil. David told me that he didn't have time to remove them but when I mentioned he went out to smoke when I left before, he said it was a "fat cloud", that he has never gotten sick from spoiled juice, would come to my job and tell me what to do and offered to sell me the other spoiled items I brought to him over an hour ago as an example. I bought those too and recorded my interaction, me disposing of the items and the cost of purchasing all of the items. I'm happy to share with his manager "Jessica" and the department of health.

This facility has changed and gas been updated in the last 3 years! The gas pump arena is always spacious , clean and accessible. When the stations are full, the position, placement and tall roofing makes it feel relaxing when filling your car tank. 2022 is still showing signs of PANDEMIC AWARENESS, and uncertainty of it all still brings nervousness. Seeing the establishment keep the area clean, sanitized and spacious for social distancing makes a difference! Thank you for being a great gas station to choose and share with others!

Clean store open not cramp up! Bathrooms were clean! The cashier Isaia has great customer service! He made sure to greet everyone walking in the door. Highly recommend to get gas and snacks.
