Worst customer service ever!!!! I had to so to the dealership to get a hold of someone because they don’t answer there phones. Even when I showed up I witness the phone ringing and employees just standing there. They repaired the car I had in there with out giving me the option if I wanted to get it fixed or fix it else where. So I was charged with a 450 dollar bill when I could of had it fixed for cheaper else where. Very very disappointed. I bought the. At a McCurly Honda April of this year and they have been nothing but great help. Wish I could say the say about McCurly Chevy.

I bought a car from them last year and they promised me the moon. I got the Repel paint protection insurance. Scammed me there. They said its insuranced for scratch and rock chip. So I went in and that was a "No we cant fixed that".At the same time It was due for an oil change from the 12 I was supposed to have with my premium protection package that was over 10 k worth of add-on on top of the vehicle price. On my 3rd oil change they charge me saying I used up all my oil changes . I will not recommend and no I don't need the owners reply. I have all the documents to prove it , you guys ain't worth me wasting my time like you did before when I was trying to get it repaired by you.

I had a complete engine failure while running through the Kennewick area and these guys were rock stars giving me a loaner car while they looked my engine problems over and they offered more to buy my vehicle than other local dealers when I decided it was best to buy a new one vs repairing the one I arrived in. These guys went out of their way to help me both mechanically speaking and as a selling dealer when that need became apparent. Highly recommend this dealer - everyone was very helpful there

Absolutely disgusted at this place. Recently, I brought it in to have service to it done cost me over 1000 K. Have been bringing it here for the last four years since I bought my Escalade. Last service they did they cracked my screens and are taking zero liability for it, I was offered to get the labor paid for but I would pay for the parts. I googled the parts and they are about $200 each. However their estimate was over $900 each. I am so angry because they take no liability for the damage they caused , after being a loyal client, not only do I have this Escalade that I bring here but I have two other large vehicles that I have maintenance done regularly to all three of them. Disgusted beware !After this incident, I truthfully looked over the damages, and I’m not realizing that they might have exchanged my parts with damaged parts and sold mine to another customer. I am taking this to court. Not for the $2000 but because of what else it might be doing behind closed doors! absolutely outraged.

Scheduled a service on the main line via the website for oil change and sensor issue with oil level low, add oil however oil level was fine. Called Alex in advance of apt to discuss issue who agreed it is most likely a sensor. Car was there for 5 hours and the issue wasn’t even fixed. Have to bring the car back again for an entire day and was told I will need to call to check on the part to be scheduled because the technician can’t keep track of everyone’s orders to call them for when parts arrive. Didn’t even put me in the schedule so I’m sure when the part comes in, I will have to call and then the schedule will be booked out weeks and I’ll have to wait again.

The girl who helped me check-in went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle inspection was done properly and even introduced me to the mechanic who would be working on my vehicle. It was hands down the best experience I have had at a dealership in a long time!

The service department failed to keep me informed, I drop my car off on time for an appointment that I had been waiting for more than 30 days. At the end of the first day, I had not been contacted and I had to call multiple times just to find out my car had not been looked at. Day two and day three were a repeat of day one. My car did need additional work performed that required it to be at the dealership another week. The car did get fixed satisfactorily but the communication and progress were very poor.I was never offered support for my inconvenience nor was it discussed, what if this had been my only transportation?

Family business has been a customer for 30 years and brought our 2017 GMC truck in on 5/5 because the engine was knocking and barely running. Dropped it off to diagnose and give us options. Never got any calls with updates. Called back repeatedly every few days and reached voicemail. Every time someone called back late afternoon or evening they had zero information about the vehicle. Finally came in on 6/6 and just took the vehicle away. When we stated we were taking it and no one had diagnosed or called us with info, we received no response from the service rep assisting us. No apologies. No explanations. Just had us sign service paperwork showing they did nothing and brought the truck from around back. Absolutely the worst customer service from a business I’ve ever experienced. If they can’t do the job or there is a problem, communicate. At the very least, we deserve an explanation for the reason and an apology for no one doing anything for 32 days! I don’t recommend anyone take their vehicle there for service. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous amount of time.

Bradley was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and spent a great amount of time with us to ensure we truly were looking at and getting what we truly wanted. He stayed late to hook up the phone and go over the features before we left. I have never had a more pleasant car purchasing experience.

The worst service ever had me on stand by over 4 days that they would get back to me . Not to mention they had me run my credit because according to them the truck was available but on the 4th day i get a call saying the truck has been sold so not just did they waste my time but they also ran my credit for no reason.

What can I say?! Customer service was better than expected. As a single mother - had to take my children with me. McCurley team came to save the day and helped with my impatient boys. Other than the amazing service they worked their magic to get my payment within my budget!!
