The worst service ever had me on stand by over 4 days that they would get back to me . Not to mention they had me run my credit because according to them the truck was available but on the 4th day i get a call saying the truck has been sold so not just did they waste my time but they also ran my credit for no reason.

Worst service department ever. Drove an hour to drop a vehicle off for an oil change. Told them we would be back at 3:30 to pick up. They assured us it would be done by then or would call if it was not. Tried calling multiple times starting at 1 just to make sure. The service department apparently doesn't answer the phone. Leave a message and they will call you back, or should I say won't call you back. Drove an hour with 2 people only to find the vehicle we dropped off had not moved from the time we dropped it. No apology. No nothing. Just a service counter employee who could care less. Go anywhere else!

Bought a GMC 3500 from their Honda dealer and check engine light turned on 2 days after having it home. Made the appointment to get it in the shop and I let the sales team at the dealer know what was going on. Finally get it in to the shop at Honda where they tell me that they can’t fix it after it has been there a few days. So they take it to the Chevy dealer where it sits for another week, meanwhile nobody is answering questions or even phone calls. Finally the following week I get it back, just to have the check engine light turn back on the next morning. Goes back back forth for a month and it never gets fixed. I was told you I would be able to get out of that deal and purchase a different pickup. That DID NOT HAPPEN! The only way for them to get me out of that deal was to trade it back into them and they gave me market value for the truck! They gave me 5k less than what it was bought for after having it sit in their own shop for a month. You would think with them having INTEGRITY in their name, that they would have some. My family and myself have bought several vehicles from them in the past, WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Let’s start out with saying I have never left a negative review but I cannot express how dissatisfied this buying experience was/is for me. Let’s start with the day I purchased my gm certified truck. Noticed the steering wheel was off during the test drive I assumed the correction would be a simple re-alignment as the truck was super clean and comes with the gm certified warranty. Salesman says it’s normal but to probably take it somewhere else to be aligned as he claimed I would probably end up with the same outcome if the service department was involved. So I continued with the purchase. When I was in finance I questioned charges on the contract that didn’t make sense to me as I didn’t add nor was told about additional products. It was my failure to assume they were included not that I was being charged almost 7k in additional warranty, key replacement, tire warranty, ceramic coating, etc etc… the tricky part is they give you a usb drive no printed documents. I was excited and signed the contract my bad. When I got home and reviewed the documents on my computer I realized I was actually financing those additional add ons. Normally a finance person will go over how it will change your payments etc. not here. The next morning I went down when they opened and was told no big deal we will just resign and remove those add ons. No biggie. Two days later I schedule an alignment with Schwab’s only to be told there is a problem with the truck we can’t get it aligned. I then took it straight to McCurley. After receiving a call it’s done I went down picked it up and sure enough same thing steering wheel was not centered. I took it back that night. Next day they haven’t touched it. Third day get a call trucks done so I go pick it up. Now the steering is off the opposite direction worse than before. I go directly back. Spoke to the manager he said he would take it to cassiday to have it aligned that something’s wrong with their machine. Meanwhile I’m checking my bank account and they still haven’t received the new contract almost a week later. I asked my salesman if I could unwind the deal into a different vehicle as I was extremely unhappy. “Sure let me see what your “new” vehicle is worth now” almost 10k less than a week ago. SMH. I’m thinking wow they won’t even give me what I paid a week ago when the trucks been in their possession majority of the time. Finally I get a call the trucks good man. So I go pick it up. Truck is actually fixed only took three different shops to get it right. So here’s my dilemma now I purchased the truck Oct 26th today is nov 16th I called my bank because it’s still showing the original contract amount and higher payment. They called McCurley and they are telling my bank it’s the higher amount. So tomorrow off to the bank to show them the resigned contract. Someday I think this will all sort out but wow!!! What a nightmare.

Angel was able to go above and beyond to help us with the trade in of our cars and get us into a 2022 Passport right before our trip.He did everything he could to be transparent and work to have things go in our favor during the buying process.Will be spreading the good word of Honda M Curley!

I took my truck in and they say that they will call and let me know what is going on and I get no response I have to call and ask they should be more in tune with the customer but it seems like I am put to the side

I bought a used car from McCurley in Pasco WA and got completely screwed. They sold me a used 2013 car that has major issues. They came and got my car within two days of me buying it because it was throwing codes/lights coming on saying there are issues with the car. After 7 days of buying it and them supposedly fixing it, the exact issues keep happening and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t help me. So I’m currently paying monthly payments on a car that I can’t even drive. And I’ve spent thousands in mechanic bills trying to get it fixed. Still isn’t fixed and I’ve had it for 3 1/2 months. Worst dealership to make the finance process with. They said they will take care of all the license paper work. Deparment of License (DOL) has 4 to 6 weeks to prosses the paperwork. It's been 12 weeks since I bought the truck, I called the department of license to find what was the delay on getting my plates, came to find out that McCurley have not submitted the papers to them. I try to refinance my truck and they don't let me do it since department of license don't have my name or my original bank name on the title. They have not submitted the release of interest over the truck to the department of licensing. When ever you buy any car from them call the department of licensing to find out if they have submitted all the paperwork like they said they were going to do. They already grab the money out of the bank for the licensing prosses but they havent done nothing. El peor concesionario para hacer el proceso de financiación. Dijeron que se encargarán de todo el papeleo de la licencia. El Departamento de Licencias (DOL) tiene de 4 a 6 semanas para procesar el papeleo. Han pasado 12 semanas desde que compré el camión, llamé al departamento de licencias para averiguar cuál era la demora en obtener mis placas, llegué a descubrir que McCurley no les había presentado los papeles. Trato de refinanciar mi camión y no me dejan hacerlo porque el departamento de licencias no tiene mi nombre o el nombre original de mi banco en el título. No han presentado la liberación de interés sobre el camión al departamento de licencias. Cada vez que les compre un automóvil, llame al departamento de licencias para averiguar si han presentado toda la documentación como dijeron que iban a hacer. Ya sacaron el dinero del banco para los trámites de las licencias pero no han hecho nada.

Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got "reverted" back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months. - Gabriel M. Reply to dealer response on 5/31/22: My initial request was in Dec. 2021 before the order was accepted. My conversation with Kevon was clear and he acknowledged my request to change the engine. He fully knew that I requested to change the engine in Dec. 2021 since we had a discussion about it in May 2022. It appears that the ongoing lie is that these conversations never happened. The engine wasn't that big of a deal, however, being lied to is a different story.

Brought my van for repair. Customer service said that it will be taken care of in 2 days. Two days after, no updates and I made the follow up again and the customer service named Joe told me to wait another two days. I called again today and a certain Alex told me that they will look at it within the week. Lousy customer service. The van has been there for a week!

Absolutely livid with the way they treat their long time loyal customers. They used to have top notch service but they are no longer doing anything that actually helps or benefit their customers. Long story short I scheduled a maintenance appt & for my car as well as a diasongic test to be run. I scheduled & confirmed this appointment with the option to have a loner vehicle which I agreed & needed so I wouldn't miss work . I ended up missing alot of work just to show up at my appt and them to tell me sorry we don't have any appts or loner cars to lend out and even though I had 3 different emails & confirmation through my chevy app that wasn't good enough for them so whatever I refuse to be treated like that so I won't be using this location anymore sadly but that's their loss not mine!
