The worst service ever had me on stand by over 4 days that they would get back to me . Not to mention they had me run my credit because according to them the truck was available but on the 4th day i get a call saying the truck has been sold so not just did they waste my time but they also ran my credit for no reason.

Worst service department ever. Drove an hour to drop a vehicle off for an oil change. Told them we would be back at 3:30 to pick up. They assured us it would be done by then or would call if it was not. Tried calling multiple times starting at 1 just to make sure. The service department apparently doesn't answer the phone. Leave a message and they will call you back, or should I say won't call you back. Drove an hour with 2 people only to find the vehicle we dropped off had not moved from the time we dropped it. No apology. No nothing. Just a service counter employee who could care less. Go anywhere else!

Marcus G was great to work with. He was very responsive to all our requests. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was one to remember. The whole McCurley team is top notch. We will continue to be loyal customers.

Worst dealership to make the finance process with. They said they will take care of all the license paper work. Deparment of License (DOL) has 4 to 6 weeks to prosses the paperwork. It's been 12 weeks since I bought the truck, I called the department of license to find what was the delay on getting my plates, came to find out that McCurley have not submitted the papers to them. I try to refinance my truck and they don't let me do it since department of license don't have my name or my original bank name on the title. They have not submitted the release of interest over the truck to the department of licensing. When ever you buy any car from them call the department of licensing to find out if they have submitted all the paperwork like they said they were going to do. They already grab the money out of the bank for the licensing prosses but they havent done nothing.

Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got "reverted" back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months. - Gabriel M. Reply to dealer response on 5/31/22: My initial request was in Dec. 2021 before the order was accepted. My conversation with Kevon was clear and he acknowledged my request to change the engine. He fully knew that I requested to change the engine in Dec. 2021 since we had a discussion about it in May 2022. It appears that the ongoing lie is that these conversations never happened. The engine wasn't that big of a deal, however, being lied to is a different story.

The GSM , Lets say his name is Landon Schmurguson.. wanted to buy my car from me... I told him that he needed to buy it just like anyone else... Cash up-front and at my house. He sent his finance guy to pick up the car... But didn't tell him to write a check (yes, BS games) ..against my better judgement, i let it go. As soon as i called landon.. he said " I'll get it for you first thing in the morning when my accounting department is in and bring you the check/paperwork, I'll get it squared away sir. Sounds like we did a poor job of explaining the process. I'll get it handled for you and just make it easy. "... But that never happened... A week later and i still don't have any money. I'm so angry and embarrassed that i let these people do this. "Integrity" is an absolute farce. DO NOT deal with these people...they are liars. Schmarwin Didley

The salesman Julio was very friendly. We were able to test drive one of their cars but they did not have the exact model we were looking for and they were unable to locate one in the region. They did ask if they could sell us the one we test drove but did not pressure us. Thank you for a pleasant car shopping experience.

We are second generation McCurley Chev customers. Not a fan of the service department at all. We bought a new transmission in 2019. It has never been right; shifting hard or not changing gears smoothly. After having the car in 3 time, we took it in a 4th time and even rode with a technician. The transmission has a high pitched whiny sound at times. The tech could hear it but said there was not an issue, the transmission is fine. Then he had the nerve to tell my husband, "I don't get paid to drive around. I get paid to fix things!" You have got to be kidding me!!! I usually don't write bad reviews but this just makes us mad. We love Chevy automobiles but we will no longer be purchasing anything from McCurley Chev all because of the service over this transmission. We think 4 chances to fix something was plenty. But to have the technician say that sure doesn't seem like a good way to business.

If you are traveling and need assistance all you will get from this dealer is a busy signal and a "booked up for a week" answer. Were on the road from Arizona and truck was throwing error codes which caused me to lose my trailer brakes. Went to get aine help here and they are just too busy to help someone on the road with no brakes. Oh and the trailer has been checked and its not a trailer issue! Thanks for nithing chevy! I was brand loyal but not anymore. You couldnt be bothered when i really needed help

I inquired over the internet about servicing my vehicle. Using their online form, I indicated that the best way to contact me is via email. Guess what, I didn't get an email, but I did get a call with a very short, unprofessional message. If I wanted a phone call, I would have said so. Rule #1 in business = follow directions. If you screw something so basic up in the beginning, how will you treat my car?

I rented a Chevrolet Bolt Electric Car. I was told that I could take it to any dealership and charge the car for free as paying to charge the car ends up costing much more than you would ever pay to fill up a car with gasoline. I arrived in town late at night and since it takes 9 hours to fully charge the car, I had a friend follow me to the dealership to leave the car there so it could get fully recharged before I had to make the drive back to Seattle. After around 7 hours I returned to the dealership to pick up the car expecting it to be close to fully charged. When I got there I noticed the car was no longer plugged in. I knew it couldn't have possibly charged all the way so I then went to look to see how much of a charge it did get and it showed it had only charged enough to drive 20 miles! I was angry. I had to be somewhere in an hour and now couldn't get there due to not having enough of a charge. These cars only get 20 miles per hour of charge so that meant that someone had unplugged my car as soon as they arrived to work that morning. But why? I went in and asked one of the salesman who was standing inside watching me the whole time but never bothered to come out and speak to me (had I been there looking as if I was wanting to buy a car, they come running out the door)! When I asked him why the car was unplugged he just shrugged his shoulders and turned away from me. This is horrible service in every aspect! This was a brand new Chevy car at a Chevy dealership I was trying to charge. How rude was it for someone there to take it upon themselves to unplug the car knowing it wasn't Finished charging. I've been treated better by every other auto dealership, Ford, Kia, etc when going to them to charge a car that they don't even sell. This ruined my entire day. Now I still have to wait 7 hours somewhere while the car charges to make it back home. I would never buy a car from this place. Huge disappointment! Shame on you.
