“This TCL has the best phlebotomists as far as I'm concerned. They are professional, fast, painless, and very nice! Unfortunately during Covid-19 they can only see patients of the cancer Center. :( can't wait till they can see the general public again.”

“I honestly really like the self check-in area they have. The lab was SUPER busy and it seemed like an all hands on deck kind of day. So not having to wait to check in was nice.They were super professional and even went above and beyond to help and reassure a nice older lady who was so confused about what was happening.The waiting room is very small, but I don't think it's fair to judge them on a building layout they have no control over.”

“Be ready to use their website to SCHEDULE your visit!It's been wonderful to schedule an appointment online and arrive with great service and hassle-free check-ins. After your first scheduling online your information remains on file. This includes your insurance information. Why is this great? People who have blood work checks monthly, bi-monthly, or your preferred requests - it allows you to book your event at your leisure.When you arrive there is no paperwork or insurance cards and questions to complete. The online service uses your information to look for your standing orders, collect information and confirm. The wizard online can provide you an estimate of your out of pocket payment.Online booking is the way to go!!Upon arrival, my on-site transduction was less than 8 minutes. The phlebotomists are welcoming. The seating area and lab area is clean. And, the humans there want to help you with a pain-free and enjoyable experience! This will be our HOME site for future labs.”
