Was slammed into from behind by a seemingly intoxicated driver. Totaled their car and did around $5k in damage to the back end of my car. Whole ordeal was very stressful from everyone but Michael’s. They were open, honest, transparent, and communicative through it all. I really appreciate their commitment to quality service. I was stressed cause when I got my car back the lights weren’t working but the team there helped me out, got my car back in the shop, hadn’t realized in the few weeks my car was there my headlights died. They replaced those and even brought my car to me in Kennewick after.
The accident was stressful but the repairs that came after were not and that was all thanks to Michael’s and the team there. Thank you, sincerely. My family and I appreciate your hard work and integrity to get the job done right. God bless you all, 10/10 would recommend.

I had an accident and brought my car to Michael's Auto Body in Pasco. From the start, they made everything easier by handling the communication with my insurance company so I didn’t have to stress about it. Any time I had trouble getting through to insurance for things like a rental car, they stepped in and helped right away.
They also kept me updated throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on with my car. When I got it back, the work they did was excellent—my car looks great and I have zero complaints.
If you’re looking for a shop that truly takes care of you and your car, this is the place to go. They were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I brought in my wife’s 2013 Honda CRV that was in a fender bender that had front end damage. These guys went above and beyond fixing it. We got a quote from several different places that “couldn’t” fix it. They not only fixed it but fixed the damage from the previous accident and noticed that they didn’t fix it properly. These guys here are some hard working fellas that deserve every penny. This is the place to go if you need your car fixed. Thank you guys for taking care of everything. I was in a fender bender and got some pretty good damage done to the front of my car, all cosmetic. I brought my car in on a Monday morning and by Thursday of the same week I got my car back, looking almost brand new! Great work and great service at an affordable price! Highly recommended

I can't believe how good a job was done on the front end of my silver Audi TT. From start to finish they delivered more than they had agreed upon. My car looks like brand new. They have earned a customer for life in me!
