My dog was in a brutal dog fight and I am so thankful that Pet Emergency Services were available.
The staff were extremely calm and empathetic. They were able to give my dog the care she needed and at a good price.
I was very thankful that they gave me an informative quote before everything was finished so that I didn't feel blindsided by anything.
Overall I am so thankful for the kindness of these wonderful people.
The communication was good, the care was perfect, the cost was generous and fair, and I will forever be grateful to the wonderful veterinarians and staff of this establishment.

This place is very very greedy. Even when they make a mistake, they won’t own up to it and will charge you for the next visit to fix their mistake. Not only that, some of their vet techs have long pointy acrylic nails, which is very unsanitary.

I took my little girly at 1am- thankfully i did not have to wait nobody was there lol we got in quick and everyone who helped us was very nice. The dr was very nice and answered any questions- I didnt give 5 stars just because it took a while for them to discharge us but overall really good experience. Place is also v spendy. But they are open 24/7 when no one else is

We worked with multiple helpful techs, doctors, and front desk staff over our 4-day emergency with our pups. The entire team was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and so reassuring. Even at their busiest critical capacity, they all had composure and made sure everyone received the help they needed. Hopefully we don't have any more emergencies that require their services but if we do, we will absolutely come back here.

After having a very scary illness with our cat and not being able to find a single vet in Yakima, my husband and I called Mid-Columbia ER and they told use to bring our kitty straight there. They saw her immediately, got her diagnosed, and treated her in about 90 minutes. They were professional, kind, and compassionate. Yakima has a shortage of vets, it was worth the drive to get our kitty what she needed. Thank you!

This place was absolutely worth the drive from Yakima. My pup had a stick stuck in between the roof of her mouth sideways, lodged in her teeth. She was so miserable. The vet and her team got it out in about 60 seconds. No sedation needed. Highly recommend. 10/10 service, atmosphere, knowledge, cleanliness....all great!

We found that my MIL was not caring properly for her elderly dog and we found her in a really bad way. We rushed her to the emergency vet and I am shocked, grateful and impressed and the dedication and compassion that all the staff showed toward us. Abby was able to pass on peacefully and painlessly and I am so glad that my wife was able to feel reassured and comforted at the passing of her childhood dog. Thank you to all the staff and I hope your lives are as blessed as you have made us feel at this really awful time.

If you have an after hours pet emergency, don’t waste time. Go here. Call first. Be aware this place isn’t cheap, but you’re paying for 24/7 availability of a veterinarian plus staff. We had an urgent dog situation and our vet was closed. We called, described the problem and how long it would take us to get there. We brought our dog in immediately and were seen within ten minutes.

Everything was great. They were prompt I didn’t have to wait. Vet was knowledgeable. Only down side was they lost my dog collar.

They didn't help me with my puppy, they took me more than 3 hours and I never had a solution. just thinking about money I don't recommend there

They are awesome. They checked our furry member of our family right away and gave what it needed. The only thing is we have to travel for an hour and a half or so in rhe middle of the night, because there's no emergency pet services where we are. But other than that, they did great. Excellent service provided.

If I could give no stars I would. Drove an hour and a half to this place because my kitty was puking for 9 hours straight, every half hour or so. I called ahead and asked for advice and was told that I should probably bring him in because of them worrying about him being dehydrated. I had to ask them to take his temperature after they checked his vitals because they didn't do so and it came back that he was a little feverish. Waited about an hour, asked how much longer and was told that i was second to go up... waited another two hours, asked again and was told i was now fourth in line. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to, and even then be ready to wait forever.
