We are very disappointed with our visit this evening something was wrong with our cat and they said they would look at him but to us it seemed like all they care about was getting paid SMH some things are more important then money

**Pullman has an excellent pet emergency establishment. Please drive the extra hour to get medical attention . !These people are money hungry.I have never been to a clinic where they are annoyed with clients asking questions. It was completely insane how Dr. Jay Huang acted after being asked questions about our situation. How can a business give little to no information, expecting us to leave after being told everything was okay and the tests were false. After asking multiple questions about the urine tests coming back negative, they wanted us to run a blood test that would give the same results. This establishment has no means necessary to call themselves pet emergency. Please take your pet to a clinic that is willing to answer your questions. Don’t go to this business, they are only looking for a paycheck.

They were the only place in the valley that could get our dog in right away for hooking his upper lip with a 2 prong fishing lure. The staff were excellent, super friendly and were able to easily answer all my questions. The treatment was quick, and he bounced right back later that evening. They even followed up 2 days later to make sure our dog was responding well to his meds. Highly recommend!

I know we lucked about with our timing because we didn’t have to wait for triage or very long to be put in a room. We were updated throughout our visit. My dog was medicated for pain right away. Clear discharge instructions along with medications were given. Thank you Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Services.

My baby Yogurt got admitted this weekend, and was treated right away! The staff was very helpful and communicated efficiently. My baby was shown a lot of love and care! The vet was able to walk us through steps of care and after care thoroughly. Amazing staff, and amazing care!

With no pet emergency in my city, I drove 1.5 hours. My pet & myself were treated with the best care & compassion during a very difficult time. I hope to not have to use emergency services again, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate Togo here again

Our wait was not too long and the vet, assistants and front desk were all friendly. Didn’t give 5 stars because the price is so high.

The employees are very nice and inviting. I went in the attitude that they are going to over treat my dog to make more money. This was not the case. The vet did the minimal amount of tests which was only an ex -ray. She also prescribed an antibiotic and a deworming. I’m not sure he needed these. They were more preventative and costly. My dog has a heart murmur, and she highly recommended to see a cardiologist. My vet has said nothing about seeing a cardiologist. She seemed quite worried. I’ll need to check with my vet before I decide on such a costly decision.

I came home to seeing a battery with end gone and I couldn’t find it so thinking my dog may have swallowed it, I took her in and even they were busy they took a quick x-ray and found that she did not swallow it. After I got home I really started looking hard and found it underneath the recliner. Thank you so much for taking it so serious, because had she swallowed it , it could have serious real quickly!!! Thank you again.
