I have rented the car from National's Tri-Cities' Airport multiple times, and it was a great experience each time. They have good cars in good condition and the staff is very supportive and friendly. I would recommend renting the car from them.

The front desk made my first time with a rental in Pasco very simple. Then returning the rental, I had help from two ladies of getting my rental returned. Looking forward to my next visit and using National with my rental car.

National is a great rental car company to rent from. You can choose your car without having to wait in line. I did loose an item in my rental car in Syracuse and the Lost and Found process was not intuitive. I had the phone number directly to the rental facility at the airport and was told to go online to an Emerald club site to document my lost item. It did not make sense to me when they could have opened their Lost and Found box and helped me directly. Still has not been recovered either.

I would zero stars if possible. I had a vehicle reserved at this location for pickup on 6-12-23. My plane was delayed so I would arrive 11 hours late. I called and let national know. My credit card was immediately authorized. When I get there no, cars no apology just we have no cars get in line with the competition The others have cars rent from them!No manager they left the poor employee by themselves to handle multiple of us with unfulfilled contracts, and more planes arriving.As a frequent traveler of over 10 years this is the only car rental location across all brands to never have a vehicle and leave me high and dry. You don't deserve a franchise!

We rented a car at the Tampa airport location and it was sooooooooooo easy to pick up our rental and even easier to drop it off! They were friendly & efficient and very reasonably priced.

I'd give it "0" stars if I could. On 04/18/23 National Car Rental at the Pasco airport renter me a car that they DID NOT have when I landed at 11:30 PM. I was told to use a taxi or Uber and the Pasco site would reimburse me. I emailed my receipts to Lindsey while I was standing at the counter the next day and 5 weeks later I have yet to hear a response. I followed up with a phone 2 weeks later and was told I would get a call back....NOTHING.I just now escalated this issue to National's escalation dept. Supposedly the site manager Chris is sending my case on to accounting....however he told the escalation case manager that he did not want to speak to me when I asked. Beyond disappointed in their National Car Rental Pasco Airports inability to follow-up and follow through. Never again.

Rented a brand new Audi from their airport location. I liked it and the ride was nice. Only downfall was one of the passenger doors child lock was broken so I had to get out and let my passengers out each time. A little inconvenient but will just be sure to double check that next time as I will rent from them again due to the easy renting process and reasonable rates. staff was helpful and kind.

We recently rented an SUV for a week-long trip. Joey was wonderful, professional, and helped us out quickly, yet did not feel rushed. When we returned the car, he remembered us and asked how the trip was and even remembered it was my daughter's birthday! Thanks for the excellent service, Joey! 10/10 would recommend!

Worst Alamo Location Pickup- Janeth was terrible "only one car for the price your paying.If you want more options $45/day" Caucasian lady before me from a Corolla to Highlander free upgrade.Wow! Racist muchDrop off - Clerk can't even print me a receipt "That's how we do it here,want a receipt get it from the counter Just for September alone it's my 4th rental from Alamo I'm just saying good customer service goes a long wayAVOID THIS LOCATION

I wanted to do a review because I received superior customer service in a situation that National could've easily let me walk away from upset. We rented a SUV for a trip and it wasn't quite ready when we were scheduled to pick it up, and it threw off our plans by about 45min. Then as we were finally pulling out of town my husband noticed the gas tank had not been filled up as we had discussed with the agent at the desk (who was lovely) and we were expected to return it with a full tank. I figured we had no leg to stand on as we didn't notice it until we were leaving town and didn't have time to turn back to remedy the situation. My husband festered over it the whole trip, but upon our drive home I noticed an email from one of the customer service reps asking how our service was and after finding out what happened, she immediately jumped into action to remedy the situation and made sure we were completely satisfied. So I'd like to not only thank Tami, Hailey and Devyn for their wonderful customer service, but mostly to Janeth who went the extra mile to check on us and make sure everything not only up to standards, but made sure we left feeling completely satisfied. We rent cars 4-5 times a year, and this customer service alone has earned them my business for life.

This Is the third time in a row I have had a trouble experience. This is clearly a franchise with lower standards. This time the car I received was in Celsius. Nor a huge deal, but it kept me doing math as I tried to adjust the heat controls. It is a dealer only setting, so I guess they did not want to takeAnd I explained it was not full when I received it and showed pics of this along with how I brought it back. No adjustment given. Everywhere else does....

This is one of my favorite national car locations! Karina at the counter is amazing to work with! She's always happy, provides excellent service and is happy to make any changes needed. I'll admit, their car wash team is lacking. I'm unsure if it's not enough people or just "man eyes" The last two vehicles I've picked up are dirty. However, they're top of the line vehicles, they just don't get washed well on the outside. Tami, the manager at this branch is super nice and accommodating. The Jeep I picked up two weeks ago was empty and cost $85 to fill up. The vehicle was supposed to be full upon pick up, (it was not) so Tami comped me one day of rental to offset the gas cost. This has quickly become one of my favorite National locations and I'm happy to run my car thru the wash once I pick it up! I'll be back!
