So this was my first time ever purchasing a car. Before I made my purchase, my salesperson Alannah was SUPER helpful, responsive to my texts, and accommodating. But as soon as I drove off the lot, it was like I was dealing with a different person. My texts and questions have been completely ignored and it is very obvious that I am only a bother to the company now. Also the finance manager Justin was very cool/kind while he was "explaining" everything to me but I now feel like my lack of knowledge towards purchasing vehicles was taken advantage of. I ended up getting tricked into buying warranties I didn't really need and I was never told that I didn't necessarily have to buy any warranties or "add-ons" in order to purchase a vehicle. I know to some people that might seem obvious but to someone that is completely new to purchasing vehicles, it wasn't. It is just very clear that they do anything to get your money and so that they can get compensation, and then afterwards you are treated the complete opposite. I will take this as a learning lesson and the next time I purchase a car I will most likely go through a private dealer. I just urge people who are new to purchasing vehicles to be VERY careful, do your homework and make sure that you are stern with what you will and will not spend money on.

Bought a 2023 Nissan Frontier through Bill Robertson Nissan and had an amazing experience. Nicolas Gamez was my sales man. He was very polite, never arrogant, and knowledgeable for any questions or concerns I had. And if it wasn't something he wasn't sure of, he always found someone who knew. Even when we played phone tag many times. His compassion for my needs went above and beyond what you see in many dealerships. But I found that to be with every person there. I even got to meet Debbie!!

My experience with Bill Robertson Nissan has always been excellent.Nicolas Gamez did not disappointment he was a great representative for Nissan. Nicolas was very thorough with any questions I had. This is my third Nissan. They are a great car. I would recommend them to my friends.Barbara Walker

Worst dealer experience ever! We were after a specific car and had been in contact with them all day about it. We drove an hour to look at it. They still needed to do their post delivery inspection so we could not drive it out that day- which is fine but they did not even have the keys for us to look inside when we got there! We were also handed off to another sales person when we walked in. The new sales person did not even try to show us anything else. It was truly like our business did not matter to them. She said she would reach out the next day and I did not hear from her until two days later when she told us that someone came in to look at the car before the inspection was complete and they bought it. We were not even offered that option!! Lowball trade in offer to boot. We went to another lot in town that day and purchased something even better- AND they gave us $2K more on our trade than Roberston's offered! Things happen for a reason I guess, but these guys DEFINITELY missed a sale from us. Nothing could make me spend even a penny at this dealership in the future. There's plenty of other options in Tri Cities- buyer beware of this one!

Manager was very rude, he made it seem like Nissan is not responsible for putting out a dangerous vehicle that needs a recall, he refused to acknowledge the inconvenience is causes and the danger it puts the customer in. I will be contacting corporate.

very rude , I was told I was under warranty I paid different last time I came and michael told me I'm wrong and was very rude about it. I will be letting everyone know how horrible and rude this place is.

My family and I were on a cross country road trip when the check engine light came on and we began experiencing transmission issues. The service staff was very nice to speak with, however, they were extremely understaffed and unable to look at my vehicle that day and could not guarantee they'd be able to look at it in the coming days. My negative review isn't so much about this particular dealership but with Nissan as a whole. The lack of Nissan service stations around the country, and the unwillingness to help travelers. I owned the 2014 Nissan Murano for 4 1/2 years after having owned 5 Toyota's. After this experience, I traded the for a Certified Used Toyota. I'll definitely stick with Toyota going forward and steer clear of Nissan.

With Zach and the rest of the amazing service team gone, the quality of service I received the last visit has gone with it. From incorrectly sizing my tire treads, to charging me for a tire rotation that they didn't actually do, to a well 'what can you do' attitude, we are back to square one with this place. It's so unfortunate because Zach was incredible! I did bring up my concerns to Bill, so hopefully he corrects the issues we had this last visit. If not, we'll be bringing our service (and buying new Nissan's) to Sunnyside. I am hoping for the best here though, so I'll update with my next experience!
