Okay, this is why I love dealing with Old Dominion. Yesterday we asked for pick up with very late notice. It was large, .... over 20 pallets. I knew we should've given more notice, but there had been problems lining everything up on our end. We called and they were able to get three trucks over to us asap. The drivers were so helpful, and happy! IT WAS 111° OUTSIDE, and we had just hit them with a huge last minute order, and they were laughing, professional and thanked us all for our business! All three were just great! Thank you for your excellent customer service, and getting our shipments delivered on time! Volm Companies

Just had a delivery this morning, the driver was excellent not only was he able to get that huge truck in a very hard spot with no complaints, but he was very friendly and courteous. His name was Jose N. The company is very lucky to have such good people working for them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT AT ALL, CERTAINLY NOT WHEN THEY TELL YOU IT WILL ARRIVE. I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $65 BECAUSE MY LOAD WAS LEANING 3/4" . NEVER AGAIN WILL I CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO, THEY WILL GET YOU TOO!!
