I sent in a brand new Miller welder for a warranty repair. the unit was shipped to Spokane for 6 weeks only to find out that the service department does not do warranty work, it was shipped back to Pasco only to sit for a week before I reached out to see if it was completed.... at that time i was told they now had to send it to Portland for warranty service center at that time i was told an additional week to a week and a half, it is going on week 3 now and still no update..... I will post again as soon as the welder is back in my care.....at that time i will review the actual service.... this was a communication review and that has been poor at best....
UPDATE: Picked up my welder, this unit was sent in complete including the spool gun for Aluminum. The spool gun assy. was secured to the back of the unit....Returned without the spool gun. not one return call when promised, highly disappointed in the customer service to date - one would think after leaving several messages for the store manager to call - not once have i received a phone call.....I am one more week behind and counting......

I bought 4 lbs of dry ice for over 90 dollars. I asked them if it would last for two days in a cooler. They told me it would if I storedit with salted ice in the cooler. It did not last at all. All of it is gone. I only wanted 2 lbs but they convinced me to get more saying it would last longer. So now I'm out 90 dollars and wasn't able to use any of it at all for what I wanted.I spoke to a woman today who clarified I was only charged 9 dollars for 3lbs of dry ice. I'm still frustrated the dry ice didn't last as long as I was told it would but their customer service was very helpful and I appreciated the clarification.

I went in for a quick welding cylinder exchange and I'd forgot my wallet... i had pictures of my credit card and ID, and they couldn't manually enter them. made me drive 30 minutes home and back, a whole hour wasted, just for my actual card... customer service is terrible.

Silvano Rivas is absolutely outstanding! He is very well educated on OXARC products so he is always able to get us exactly what we need. He deliverers our orders in a very timely manner and shows up every time with a smile on his face. It is an irresponsible store.
I placed an order, which took 10 days to arrive, then they called me and told me it was already there.
Today I go to pick it up and they tell me that they sold it to someone else.
You went too far. Oxarc.!!!
