Our experience with the Othello Commercial Tire is exceptionally terrific Billy is and exceptional person in charge he's always there for our needs and questions his customer service is exceptional and is always a hands on person that is not willing to get himself dirty and do the work himself unlike pervious supervisors. Ever since he took over the Othello Branch I've heard positive things about him running the Othello Commercial Tire and how happy the truckers and employees are to have him serving our local branch. I only wish there would be more Billy's that run facilities like he does cause personally I see how much smoother and how his employee's respect and follow his command.

I have been struggling with my Jeep’s alignment for weeks. They took my Jeep and found the issue right away. The front desk gentleman told me they can fix it, but because it was so new it may be covered by the dealer under warranty. I took it to Lithia and they replaced the part under warranty. Because I have aftermarket wheels and tires Lithia was not able to align it. I took it back and they aligned it. As a girl sometimes I feel that shops can take advantage because I don’t know very much about cars. They could have fixed it and charge me whatever and I would have never known. I appreciate them telling me about the warranty. They were honest and fair with me. I’ll be coming back for sure and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family

Hit a pothole and my front ! They seem to have done it, but the steering wheel is crooked, I came back and stood there for 6 hours, lost a day, they didn’t do anything and paid more than $600. I don’t recommend it, I’m just a driver!

Very pleasant experience with Pasco Commercial Tire Factory. They let me pick the day and time of appointment they were direct and very businesslike but very kind as well. I felt like my price was very fair on the tires and will be a returning customer.
