It’s insane to see some of the items in the store being sold for the prices they are listed at. Recently they have been selling products with price tags from big name stores for ridiculous prices regardless of condition or how old they may be. $25 for a used basket, $6.99 for wood chips normally sold at Home Depot for $4.99.

I was coming here for sometime but have stopped because it was just trashy inside and prices were really weird. Went in today to kill some time and the place was still a mess. It’s got a layer of not keeping it clean you can almost taste it the air even, wear gloves! I feel like they don’t think they have to clean up parking lot because even in high winds there’s still dead birds embedded in the asphalt and so much trash its into-woven in the barren little bark islands. The line was long and I waited only 5 min and it didn’t move, with 6 in front of me hence the beer glass was left behind, bummer I liked it. Which brings up another funny point of human laziness. When you get to front of store to check out you see much of the same stuff in back of store skewed upon the lowers shelves where most Goodwills sell new stuff, candy and soda this one and one is Kennewick is the same, just has junk all over that shelf you leave stuff on because the line is to long, yea there. That is a mess also. So all the returns and a suff never gets restocked they just let it build up in front of store. Hermiston does this also. Never see this in Goodwill stores on west side or many other places I visit in US. It’s a regional thing so it looks like unconcerning ownership.

I have found a lot of treasures at this goodwill over the past years, but the prices are too insane to justify going now. $5 target plants for $12!! A broken mug for $5. A toddler car seat for $220. Ripped canvas for $10. Honestly the prices are better at Walmart or Target now, and without being broken or stained. It’s sad because I used to love coming here.

I love this goodwill but, today went in to look at the vinyl records some Christmas themed and geez Its was not good... as a vinyl record collector my thoughts are that the employees don't know how to store them. They where in the bottom shelves where the CDs and Movies are and where all laying down flat in piles and that's is worst way to store them because they will warp and get damaged and you can NOT go through them where they are... My suggestion is to put them in crates or boxes in upright position on a table of some sort.

I wish the building itself was much bigger. Feels overwhelming sometimes because the clothes racks are just too tight & not enough room for shoppers to get through. The shelves are the worst because it gets crowded. Bearly any room for furniture to be put out. Anyways, the parking is great. The drive thru donation is easily accessible. The staff are amazing. Lots of treasure, turn trash to treasure & many more. It is well worth shopping or checking it out. It's goodwill so what do you expect? Happy shopping.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for every time I'm on the search, something, and don't want to pay regular price i have ALWAYS found it here whether it be a Christmas gift or a paper shredder for myself. So thank you very much and this store is very well organized. I always know exactly where to go for what I'm looking for, and the price is always the best, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this goodwill to anyone!

Was donating items that were packed carefully because they were fragile and in good condition. As were were unloading, watched the worker lift the lid on the box, look in and then proceeded to literally dump the items out of the box into a large bin then dump more stuff on top of it. I'm sure it broke most things. They treated the items like trash. Never again will I donate to this place!!

I understand being frustrated about the hours but I don't understand why this place is getting such a bad rap. I found AMAZING stuff! Like, really great stuff. I could have bought 2 suitcases worth but I can't travel with that much. There was a lot of staff around to help me out and they were very helpful. I'll be back in a couple weeks for sure.

Stop donating to greedwill and donate to local owned shops or shelters, so the customers can stop shoping here and start giving money to the local shops which will then put in money to the community and will eventually level itself out.. do yall not know how it works? It will take time but eventually the people will stop going here due to lack of products . Or goodwill will realize and drop prices.. dont let it get like California greedwills where the prices are literally 100%500% over the retail price of the products

New sheets, in the package cost $14.99 at the Kennewick store but the same, exact sheets at the Pasco store are priced at $59.99!!!!!!!!! When I asked about that huge price difference the management told me that each store can price as they want! Buyer be aware. ???

tl;dr prices aren't amazing, but selection is great, except for books.Out of the dozens of goodwills I have been to over the years, this is my favorite. Prices can be a little high, especially for some of the donated furniture being over $100. However, I frequently find great things here that I didn't expect to see at goodwill.Organization isn't a strong point here either, but despite that, and the fact that this goodwill isn't that large, there is a good variety of things here. This has more to do with what people donate than anything management does, though. This goodwill epitomizes the treasure hunting aspect that I most like about going to thrift stores. It also happens to be much better than the other goodwills in the tri-cities. If you are thinking about which goodwill to go to, this is it.

Disorganized, prices are getting out of hand. The employees are allowed to park in prime customer parking in front of the store. Makes it tough on us older folks.
