My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..

I had an alignment done along with a tire balance and rotation. They said I needed knew control arms after they already done the alignment, so once I fix my control arms, I need to pay for another alignment, when they rotated my wheels, (im not a mechanic) but I guess one of the tires they had to put 12 ounces on to get it to operate properly, but when I was on the road the truck shook like a space rocket. Neither of the mechanics used their two senses, or gave me their opinion, to what would be most beneficial. they just sent me on my way with my truck driving worse than it did before and took my money. Theirs so much I could get into and question why? Just got off the phone with Les Schwab, they said they’ll fix the problem for free, and they even look at the control arms before doing an alignment. The dude at the counter can’t even open his eyes and wears glasses, the mechanic looked so unprofessional. These people just want a PAY CHECK.

Wish I would've done my research on this place before spending $2200 for tires and a warranty. Seemed helpful at the beginning of the the sale but when I moved and found out they're only located in the Pacific Northwest I called to ask about getting a refund on my warranty. I only had the tires for like 3 months before I had to move for work and paid hundreds of dollars for the warranty that was basically useless now. It took like a dozen phone calls, and emails for someone to tell me I was SOL. I was told that if I needed to use the warranty I could ship my tires from Georgia to Washington, on my dime, and they'll send me a new one, on my dime. It was just amazing how nice they were when it came to selling their services but turned it around and acted like a couple hundred dollars was going to put them out of business to refund me. I will never recommend them for anything and would tell you to just go to Discount Tire

There were so many things that felt like they were going well with this company. They were friendly, they gave me options, and they communicated what they were going to do. I now have my third visit coming up to fix something that should have been done on day 1. I spent 4500 dollars to have something fixed and it's still the same. Even after my second visit, where they put 3 more parts in (apparently because they can't figure out the problem), the car still sounds awful. Not only that, but the brand new front left strut squeaks on bumps, and clicks on turns. I paid for an alignment to be done and the car was given back to me with the steering wheel completely out of alignment and sitting crooked. I'm dreading bringing it back in because I'm now over 5 grand into this and nothing has changed. They have put parts in my car and I have seen/felt/heard zero positive changes. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know if they have done anything at all because as a customer, it's the exact same as when I dropped it off. It was also very disheartening to hear the technicians come up to the front and tell Crystal (the front desk lady) to keep her monkey in his cage (referring to the other front desk person). He said more derogatory things about that employee all while I'm standing there at the counter. Completely unprofessional. I won't be recommending this location, or their services to anyone because it's been such a headache and I still have to go back to get things done. I'm basically at the mercy of people I don't know or trust because I've already spent a massive chunk of money there.
