Always treat our animals respectfully, and always look at things from simplest to most extreme, so they try to keep cost low.

I had a client of mine who's a well established client of Pet Medical Center call and ask if their dog trainer (me) could come to the appointment as we have been working together for close to 3+months and worked out many of the aggressive/situational reactivity. My client was asked who the trainer was and she mentioned my name and was told "They are not allowed on the premises" this client has spent lots of money with you between them and their family, and has used Blylees as their #1 spot for Toys, Food, Raw Diets, grooming etc. They canceled their appointment and all future appointments, as well as switching to a local pet business that has no issues or problems with trainers. Any vet office willing to deny clients their appointments because they want to bring their trainer shouldn't be allowed to conduct business. Animals' health comes over your feelings. This place has gone down the toilet since Patrick and Stephanie purchased it. Prices increased heavily, the lack of care from receptionists and attitude given to clients I REFER to your facility is disgusting. Complaints will be filed with the state. Apparently, their "DoG tRaIneR" is so threatened by my successful business and training techniques that they would go above and beyond to lose clients who use me for training. I will no longer recommend any clients or non clients to this facility as prices and attitudes rise, and quality, care & compassion have sunk to an all-time low. Time and time again, I hear horror stories of training or vet work done at this facility. Do your research, and make sure to find a vet that cares about your dog and you. My client just got a quicker appointment, and for FAR cheaper from a more reputable, local vet who has no issue with trainers assisting with handling during appointments. Safety is #1 and at PMC of Pasco, safety is not #1

Worst place ever. Computers are always down. You pay $70 before you are seen, they don’t call or text to remind you of an appointment you booked months ago. I tried to reschedule using the money I put down I was told “ no company policy” so now I’m out $70 and I still have a sick dog! I will never bring my pet here again terrible service! Desert valley veterinary is by far better! If I could mark less then one star I would!

Very good service with appointments, the wait is minimal, the doctors are friendly. Also in the same building they offer bath, nail and hair services for pets.

They always take great care of my fur babies' needs, whether it's veterinary, nutrition supplies, or grooming. May not be the cheapest in the area, but sometimes you pay for great care.

They collect a large fee at the time you book the appointment (even if it’s months out), and then do not reimburse you if you cancel. It’s been over a month since we cancelled, and nothing.

Dr. Vong is wonderful. I would recommend her. She really cares about the animals. Most of the other vets I've seen at this office I liked. However, the office manager Is somewhat unprofessional. They refused to talk to me when I had a problem and continued to make one of the secretaries act as a go between, I could tell that this made her very uncomfortable. I felt bad for her. Also, the office staff doesn't seem to be getting the appropriate training that they need because 3 different staff told me there was availability for something without communicating or making sure that that was the case with the surgeon team or technicians and then when it was time for the procedure they didn't have availability because it was never confirmed. I had blood work done at one of my visits and I never received a phone call to talk about those results. When I called about them two days later they said they didn't receive them but when they finally sent them to me a week later they had received them. The day before I called. I was never contacted by someone that can explain the blood work to me or talk to me about it. I only spoke with the I was told that the other vets didn't want to talk to me and I should wait to talk to Dr. Vong but she was not available until Thursdays. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also, if my cat was sick or I had an emergency come up they would tell me they didn't have availability to see her. In other words, they didn't have any emergency appointments available. Considering that we paid for a care plan, I find this disturbingly annoying and somewhat money grabbing because there should always be available appointments for emergencies for long time clients in this type of situation. They should be able to get you in within 48 hours, especially when they're open on Saturday. However, twice in the last 5 years they've referred me to the emergency office that they are unaffiliated with across the street... This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope that whoever reads my review thinks about ways to improve the above problems.

For the first time we were truly heard by Dr Chuck. We didn’t even have to try and explain ourselves. If you have a chronically sick or injured pet this is the place to be. I regret not coming sooner. We desperately need more holistic pet care in our world. I truly adore all the vets who have seen us but there’s a time to think outside the box. Over the last 2 years I’ve change to raw. I’ve studied non stop on chronic pain , ear stuff, allergies knowing there was more out there. And as a previous massage therapist I knew my dog was in pain when I touched him. I left for the first time from the vet in 5 years near tears of relief. It’s ok to seek other opinions .
