Knowledgeable and friendly employees, great selection store is always clean and my favorite place to shop for pet supplies locally. The employees are phenomenal. And let me just add to the bad review below. Freight days are chaotic. Not 1 box of Freight is labeled nor is it easy to dig for anything specific. I was present when that lady was there and she was rude to staff screaming at them and demanded people find what she needed. Had she given them an opportunity to stock the shelves 1 day later the items would've been on the shelf. Understaffed at the time. Also hung up on the manager after screaming at her on the phone.

Dog grooming was great, but I was treated very rudely by an employee at the cashier stand.

Zero Stars. Very rude & unhelpful staff! You just lost another customer. I give Vet's Best Aches+Pains to my 15 year old dog. It helps her to get around without limping & have a little relief throughout the day. I also live rural. I drove an hour each way to come to Petco to get these meds for my dog yesterday. I could not find them on the shelf. A Store Employee saw us looking & asked if she could help find a product for us. When told what we needed, she stated that the item was not in stock. When asked when it would be in stock, she gestured to boxes laying at her feet & rudely stated that she was stocking the shelves & it was 'there somewhere.' We explained that we drove an hour to get here and my dog needs these meds and asked if she could please find which box they were in so we could buy a bottle. She refused & again gestured to the boxes, stating she was working on stocking. Really? Why did you ask a customer if they needed help of you are going to flat out refuse to help them - even when the product is laying at your feet? Don't ask if you're not willing to help. Simple as that.
From the parking lot, I called the store to speak with a manager about locating the product my dog needed. The manager I was connected to was the same lady who refused to help me in the store! She argued with me about the situation and still refused to get the medication I needed for my dog. THIS is how your managers treat customers who are looking for items in your store? Corporate was notified of this situation.
On a side note, I found my dogs meds elsewhere at a WAY cheaper price....& the store associate didn't treat me like garbage for interrupting her stocking. Do your job or get a new one!

We weren’t told we would have to drop our dog off. After two hours of her being there (after our SCHEDULED appointment time) we went in to check since we hadn’t heard anything from them and our dog hadn’t even been seen yet.
They were rude when I asked when to expect her to be done, wouldn’t give me an estimated wait time, and I wound up taking my dog and leaving. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for the care plan at drop off because I’ll never go back there again.

the only item I wish to make a comment on is from the internet if the stores show a layout of the store so when a customer visits they know exactly what part of the store to visit to get what they came for instead of having to find the needle in the haystack. Sometimes associates a busy and cannot assist you as fast as you would like, time is money or progressing getting everything done in the alloted time. Nice store

No public restrooms.
Overcharged me for the pet tag I purchased. Listed price on the shelf was not what it rang up as at the register.
