Lot full of dirt and giant potholes.
Showers are old and if you want to use the restroom make sure to do before you take the shower because they don’t have a toilet inside the shower room

I called at exactly 2258 on 06/25/2025 to ask about truck parking as well as the “customer service” reps knowledge on possible truck parking spots around the area. I was greeted with “hello” and the answer I was given was “you’ll just have to come drive over here and look”.
This is very poor customer service and shows a lack of respect and work ethic. I get most of my fuel, hundreds of gallons a week from Pilot and almost every store I go to has amazing customer service. I go to Pilot because its customer service is usually better than all others. However this is the worst customer service I’ve seen from a Pilot and it is not how they train their reps to be. Please fix the issue as this rep needs retraining on what his job is. Thank you.

The parking is full of giant pot holes and the place definitely needs updated. That being said the women working this morning where very nice. Staff interaction and clean bathrooms took a 2 to a 4

Listen up “TRUCKERS” this is not a pilot truck stop! This is something Pilot bought out and that’s about it. It’s a hole in the wall to fuel, get snacks (yes you can use your pilot rewards here) and has a few parking spots that are not marked …basically in a lot next to store. Not even sure if there are showers here but don’t expect much else.

Absolutely the very worst that I've ever been to. Flying J really has to step their game up because this is ridiculous. In a place that rains so much you pull into the parking lot and there's more lakes created by potholes in the parking lot than there are lakes in the state of Minnesota. Then you get inside of the store and the place is smaller than a studio apartment in New York City. There is none of the standard anything in there and it makes you, it forces you to have to walk across the street to the subway or the Burger King just to get anything decent to eat and they have nothing decent to eat at those places so that lets you know what they have to offer at this flying J. The absolute worst I've ever been to

The road surface is in holes, and the gas pumps are old and working intermittently. This will give the impression that you are trapped in the apocalypse.

I don’t understand where are the other comments coming from.
They ACCEPT My Rewards Cards & You can use your points to take a shower or whatever.
Old style.. but it’s getting cleaner & cleaner each time, which is good.
They have 2 showers & the water there is hot 👌.
I don’t understand ppl bitching about toilet is not there. I don’t understand. Is shower make you defecate? 👀 Can’t you just use toilet in restroom behind the wall first??? 👀👀👀
I just wished they changed pomps to newer ones :p

What a freaking dump! And don’t even bother going to the RTS across the road because it’s even worse and they won’t take your RTS card. Good luck communicating with that. This area is screaming for a nice clean Maverick. It’ll put pretty much the two RTS affiliates out of business within days David Knutson
