We have had a covered unit for our camper for almost a year and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. It was very secure, clean, and the staff were always helpful and easy to get in contact with. We wound up no longer needing the unit earlier than previously anticipated and Justin was extremely helpful and made the whole process painless and expedient. If we are ever in need of covered storage for our camper again we will definitely be going back.

Like another comment said if you fall behind and only one month they will add all these fees that are bullshit fees and they’re just take the money and they don’t even report it as you paid. This has happened more than once. I’m literally getting my shit and getting out of the storage place and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to rent from here. I would rent from a scammer before I rent from here because that’s exactly what they are. And just a tip for those reading comment pay with card not cash because if you pay with cash or he’s gonna put it in their pocket. Oh and if your stuff gets broken into they don’t care they just try putting the blame on you

Had an amazing experience renting a unit. The manager Isaac was very professional and helped me and my husband rent a storage unit to store our business equipment and the storage defender gives us peace of mind while we rent! I highly recommend!

It was easy. Normally storage representatives will take me on a tour and show me my storage unit, etc. (which I really hate because I'm anti-social when I'm in the process of moving)
At Ryder's RV & Self Storage, I paid my unit online. Next day went to the office, gave my driver's license to the manager and he gave me the code for gate and for my unit. Took under 5 minutes.
Moved my stuff in my unit and have nothing to complain about. 😄 Some people like me prefer none to minimal contact. So I feel like my experience with Ryder's was a solid 10/10.

I had a great experience working with Ryder’s RV & Self Storage. The staff was easy to work with and always helpful and responsive. I would encourage anyone needing storage space in the Pasco area to utilize Ryder’s. They are great!

I will never return. The person I spoke to was very rude. His name is Jordan. I don't know why he works there if he's not going to help the customer. That's his job. They should hire people with a good attitude. He didn’t want to help me I try to explain why I was calling and he just start yelling saying that his boos wasn’t there that he couldn’t do anything I couldn’t even explain him what was the problem and he just he hang up on me. Please hire someone that is going to help the customer and not have a bad attitude.

***Brice***gave us the best customer service and was helpful. He was full of life and gave us service and made us laugh along the way. We have been looking for two days for a storage unit that we liked and I am so glad we stopped here.
