They have the products we need. But most of the employees seem to hate interacting with customers. No genuine smiles or kind attitudes. Very unattractive customer service.

The lady that was there she was so helpful and helps us so much. We always learn something new everytime we go there, they are just amazing what they do and i really wished i knew that lady name so I can tell people of they need help to go to her.

Super bad customer service:(((I went in to look at hair extensions the lady was super mean and snappy and gave me attitude when I was simply trying to look at the extensions and ask a few questions. I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life, I went in today to buy lash extensions and paid with $100 bill. My change was about 80 something dollars one of the bills that they gave back to me was a $50 bill. I went straight to Circle K to put gas in my car after this, and paid with the 50 they gave me, they refused to take the 50 at Circle K because he said it was fake. I took it back to Sally’s. And they denied the entire thing. I just think everybody should be aware that Sally’s on court street in Pasco Washington is giving fake bills..

Poor service what happened the manager that used to run the store?Hello,I love sally supply and used to love the manager that was there. He would greet you upon arrival and help you find what you needed. I went to sally's on 3/24/21 to buy some hair dye. I wasn't greeted. The gal (with glasses) that was there was real quiet and did not acknowledge me until it was time to ask for my payment method. During the check out time, the "manager" came in. She parked in front of the store (yellow faded line). VIP parking status. While there is parking across the street of sally supply she parked right in front of the store, this is not a designated parking for anyone. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the next day I went to the store to exchange the product and saw her park there again. I was like this person is lazy and does not seem professional, she and the other girl started talking about clocking in, and other work stuff before asking me if I was ready to check out. Very rude girls.

With curbside pickup and phone in orders you would think someone would answer the phone. Tried calling for almost 20 minutes and nobody answered. Not answering a phone is a poor way to do business.
