I had the pleasure of speaking with Lynn on a last-minute project with a 2-day turnaround time, and I must say I was impressed. Lynn was incredibly diligent and prompt in assessing the shop's resources and materials to meet our project's needs. Despite the tight deadline, she was able to quickly provide a quote and with great attention to detail. They never have the right people in place. We tried 3 times to get Vinland and business card but there was always an excuse why they couldn’t do it that day or week.

Troy and Jackie were great to work with. Replied promptly to email quote request. Took lots of time with me to get the design we were after and worked with me to get in the price range we needed. Having signs made as a gift so had a budget to stay within. Will definitely use them again

Signs by sue does a great job on signs and pricing! If you know what you want exactly they will make it perfect to fit your vision.Could work on response times/response times for double-checking on quoted items. And for helping customers with their vision on signs if need be! You guys are the experts!Overall their staff does an excellent job and not alot of companies can beat their prices! Keep up the great work!

I have never met such a rude and unprofessional company. They messed up our sign and when asked to work on solutions they resisted and had a horrible attitude. I was very unhappy with the final product, and at this point, would definitely not recommend their company or services. They are definitely about their company, making money, and not about their customers or customer satisfaction with their products.
