I had a great experience here. Lonn, Austine, and Samantha were all very helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured, but they always had an answer for my questions on the phone, and in person. With customer service like this, I will definitely be back. Thank you!

After a few days of stress with Sprint and Apple.com I came into the T-Mobile store in Pasco, WA, to see what they could do for us and Austin and Jason went out of their way for us, giving me a free iphone 10VR and offering another one to my hubby made a deal for us seniors LOLS, but yes it was a great deal, and no stress like some companies make you feel but if you need a GREAT deal and AWESOME guys to work with then go see Jason or Austin or any of them, to do you right, very polite and helpful. Pretty cool in today's world, as most older kids will not give you the time of day, but I was really impressed with the outstanding service and knowledge these boys have, that I gave them some of my how to cook easy recipes as I am sure by time they get off work they feel exhausted like I am after 5 days with dealing with Apple icloud password issues and Sprint billing issues, and want a quick meal but tasty after work. But when I called this morning Jason walked me through 2 of the problems I could not figure out with the new iphones and over the phone it was taken care of, thank you kiddo's you guys are wonderful to work with Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
