We hired Adrian to handle our Facebook advertising. We gave him a $1200 a month budget for Facebook alone. He also charged a small management fee for the first 90 days to prove he could provide results. After the first 30 days, Adrian disappeared for over 30 days. Meanwhile, not one of his ads provided a meaningful conversation. There were maybe 2-3 leads a day for the first few weeks and not one of these leads returned any of our calls. Then Adrian apologized in writing not even a phone call to explain why he disappeared for well over a month. After returning for a few weeks we requested a meeting with him. He decided to bring in a guy who calls his business BUTTER IN THE PAN. His name is Dillion and he is a clown. A first rate ? however. Dillion did some training with a couple of my guys and treated them like peons. Do yourself a favor don’t even think about hiring this guy. It sounds like he might have a substance abuse problem and this is why he disappeared for awhile.
