Their phone service is not bad I will give them that but man that Pasco office is really sad. Hate to do this but everybody in that office is incompetent. They don’t know the products they’re selling. They don’t know their own guidelines or have any answers to questions. I’m the type of person to get service and put it on autopay and you will never hear from me again. Well the one time I needed to come in for a phone replacement they basically sent me home and said I needed to reach out to a third party. No help filing the claim, no loaner phone, no quick replacement in store. And just overall not helpful no empathy no professionalism. Went over to T mobile and I am paying less and deal with more capable people. They need to get some smarter people in there or they will keep bleeding customers from this location.

Absolutely trash experience with trash attitude and trash service plus the richland store doesn't exist, whoever the pedro guy was. Was also no help, period. Dont waist your money with this company.

Decent staff, some are friendly some not so friendly. Their prices are getting outrageous, but their wifi and TV is good. The phones are a nightmare to get a call or text at times. Hey texts to yourself. I don't have a phone but some of my friends do that always complaining about phones.

15 phone calls from spectrum in less then 2 mins. Couldn't even answer the phone without another call coming through
