Outstanding Service at Spectrum Pasco - Thank You, Pedro!
I had an absolutely excellent experience at the Spectrum location here in Pasco, all thanks to him.
I was dealing with a frustrating issue regarding my cellphone reimbursement paperwork, as a previous young lady who helped me had failed to submit the documents properly, causing a delay. Pedro stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He quickly identified the problem and made sure the correct paperwork was submitted immediately.
He is a very helpful person, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service he provided. It's refreshing to deal with someone so competent and dedicated to resolving customer issues. Highly recommend seeing Pedro for assistance!

Ridiculous waste of time ⏲️ find a different store might have faster service.. imagine a phone store like ATT now make the associates not like there job and only 2 of them like sloths just to drop something off takes a hour with only you next in line..

The Spectrum store in Pasco is fantastic! I had such a positive experience thanks to the wonderful team there. Pedro and Eric were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure I found exactly what I needed. Their service was top-notch. I also want to give a special shout-out to Sergio, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer. It's rare to find such a friendly and efficient team. Highly recommend this location!

The layout inside is clean and organized which makes it easy to look around. Customer service is well trained and helpful, and I have had good experiences asking questions or getting help with devices.
I have purchased several phones here already and will probably return in the future.

Not crowded and fast service

I just wanted to make sure to who everyone reads this review really understands how important this is incase you need to male a decision.
I have been with another Phone carrier for over 10 years and one day long story short, I decided to go with Spectrum Mobile because it sounded good and less money and they were doing the buy out.
After 4 months with Spectrum
I had soo many issues
No signal, no Date, and i had SOO many drop calls
After so many calls to spectrum there was nothing told me the could do besides go to another carrier.
I was told 2 times that nothing was going to get charged back to me
After making the move
I got charged all the money i got from the phone buy out.
They lay in my face two times and still screwed me.
My point
Long long story short
Don't go with Spectrum Mobile.
Is NOT worth it believe me and go online and believe everyone else with tue same issue.

Sergio's customer service is very poor. His tone and demeanor is not suited
for customer service. Maybe he should take some customer service classes. I would give a lower rating if I could. Manager? Lol

Slow and rude
