After they hid my previous review I must declare that the war of the spectrums has begun. I stopped by to ask a quick question, immediately upon entry one of the women gave me a dirty look and the other didn't even acknowledge anyone even came in the store. It seemed as though I interrupted both of them on their phones. Not only were they not helpful but they were both unfriendly or could care less to help with my question. They were more concerned the air temperature in the building was not cool enough for them. I left the store with no information and in the same position if not more frustrated then when I walked in. Customer service is below standards at this location. I would not expect to much if you happen to visit or plan on switching services.

Customer Service was ok. They could use a bit more knowledge about their products.I went in to pick up a wifi router. When I opened it, you can tell that it has been used and returned after who knows how long. I understand putting hardware back into service, but at least have a quality check before putting it back into rotation.

I was in there to pay my bill the lady did not do her job I wanted to pay my mobile she took my card and put it in wrong and it got declined which turned my phone off I use this card everyday there was nothing wrong with it. Need better trained people in there.

Was there for the first time to pay my bill due to mail system not delivering four statements this month. I was greeted at the door and helped with what I needed. In and out in 5 minutes fast,friendly and knowledgeable staff.

JUST DONT. I know you're looking for a cheaper phone bill. You will find nothing but lies and hidden charges at spectrum. It's not as fast as they say and not as reliable as they say. I've been with Verizon AT&T Sprint singular I and t mobile. Spectrum is the absolute WORST one of all of them!! GOODLUCK!! THANK ME LATER.

Unfortunately I have to leave a star, We had spectrum come out and install internet at are brand new house unfortunately the technician hit a waterline in the process of installation the line, I was told to contact claim department on my own to file a claim I was then told to call the plumber of our choice to fix it and was told to cover cost and would be refunded for it, to me it makes no sense why I should have to pay at all when it wasn’t my doing. supervisor was out onsite when plumber was finished with job waiting to be paid I asked supervisor if he could pay since he was on site I was told he couldn’t cover it. he then said I was only able to be refund..smh ok I needed it fixed asap I already lost a days worth of work so I did. After pipe was fixed the same technician came back and finished installing the line. I asked before he left if everything was fixed and patched up was told yes it was and wasn’t any leaks.. belly wasn’t even patched back to normal just left cut open within 72 hours are pipes to are whole house froze from not being patch up, I called the supervisor and told him what happened left voicemail never head anything back to this day. I I was charged $800 to defrost the house. It took over a month to refund for the plumbing fix on prepaid spectrum card really? No way to take money off it!! All and all definitely disappoint and won’t recommend this company to anybody, frankly if it wasn’t the ONLY option available in my area I would be gone forever.Now saying they want to make it right but want me to “try” and contact them again? You have all my info call me!

My mom and I went there to get our accounts merged so my mobile lines can go under her account were helped by the lovely Sam. I really appreciate him because he wasn't sure if it could be done and even after a coworker told him it couldn't be done he went above and beyond by still trying and we were able to get everything merged like we needed it. So thank you Sam, you were amazing and I hope you win employee of the month if y'all even have that lol

We had cable through Spectrum for years , their bundling is awful. To get a good price on cable you need internet and a spectrum internet phone. We don’t need a VOIP phone but they charged us $20 a month because of their bundle. OK, but then cable went up so we opted to keep internet and go with Hulu live plus TV. Half the cost. But the kicker is, I took our cable box to the store. They said it had to be taken to the UPS store and have them ship it back to them. They paid for the shipping, and it was shipped to the store we tried to drop it off to. Stupid is as stupid does. As soon as I can get even half way decent internet spectrum is gone. My good how do they stay in business?

Spectrum sucks but Mo and Andy are extremely good reps! Great customer service.
