I went in asked the lady if she would sell me a teaspoon or two of cinnamon. I am in a semi the nearest store I was told is 10 miles away. I would have bought dinner their and paid her well for the cinnamon. My sugar has been high. It lowers sugar level naturally. SUBWAY says they care about people's health. Thank you for showing otherwise.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would . I walked in and the young woman was making my sandwich and I grabbed some chips and begin to snack on them while she was making my sandwich . another young girl came in and the girl behind the counter begin to chew out the customer for not answering her fone , when she called her to tell her sandwiches were ready . then SHE THREW HER OUT ,while I was trying to pay for the sandwich she started to chew me out for eating the chips before they were payed for . I told her she was rude and she began to CUSS ME OUT . I payed for my chips and then she grabbed them out of my hands and STARTED SCREAMING at me . I couldnt believe it ,this lady had some serious mental issues , be careful you dont get this nutcase taking care of you . Its a regular subway with a nutcase in charge .i will be calling management to let them know what rotten employee thay have .

Visited store on 9/15/22 at 6:25pm. When I entered store, girl behind the counter was preparing sandwiches on a mobile order. Looked like she may have been the only employee in the restaurant. I stood there for approximately 6-7 minutes while she finished the order. Girl never acknowledged me until she finished order. Just a good tip on customer service: Always acknowledge waiting customers so it doesn’t seem like you are ignoring them. When girl finally asked me for my order she did a great job preparing my sandwich.

The guys working at the counter was great but he is over worked and has no help. Was talking to other customers and mentioned he hasn’t had a day off in 16 days and for the most part works solo. This dude deserves better from an establishment that has been around for as long as subway has. My mobile order was slated as ready when it was just getting started when I arrived, again due to the fact that actual customers had arrived first, which is understandable to accommodate them first but if he had another staff member working with him both my and the other customers orders could’ve been attended to. Poor subway worker. This review reflects subway and not the person who serve me. He was great. The amount he had to handle. Not so much. Give that guy a raise or time and a half for working solo.

My husband and I stopped for a bite on our way from LA to Spokane. This is the worse Subway we've ever been to. First off, there was no one at the counter so we rang the bell. The worker had a terrible attitude and was unhappy we rang the bell. The worker did not know how to make a subway melt and kept saying he couldn't toast the bread until the vegetables were inside the sandwich. This has literally not been a problem in all of the subways I have been to. He also put our subway in a brown bag without it being properly wrapped in the subway logo foil. Overall, the manager and the worker at the front were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It is a sandwich shop, there is no reason to be hostile. If this is your pit stop, I would skip this Subway if I were you...
