If you want to have a phone line, definitely DO NOT think about t-mobile, a terrible company, they always make excuses, they never know anything about their own company, the signal doesn't work anywhere, they trick you into signing up for the line and then Nothing they say is true, and they are number 1 in charging, The worst company!!!

I just want to say thank you Maritza for helping me out with my phone. I have been to every T-Mobile in town and nobody wanted to help me out with it. You are very patient and well knowledged on what you are doing. I will definitely be back if I run in to the same issues.

This review is for T-Mobile as a whole and not just this one location. Service was so/so. As tech moved on, T-Mobile never really invested in upgrading as they claimed. Their pricing was pretty decent but again, as time moved on, they weren’t really competitive. We ended up switching to Spectrum Mobile. I really can’t stand Spectrum as a company, but their coverage is far better and at a fraction of the price. Had them since April and so far, it’s been wildly better than T-Mobile. That alone doesn’t earn T-Mobile a single star review. The big issue was the billing after we canceled. We canceled out lines and soon after, paid the final bill. A couple months ago, we get a letter, not from T-Mobile, but from Frontline Asset Strategies, a collection agency. It said we never paid a final bill of $110. After fees, it was $133.10. We never once heard from T-Mobile after we canceled. Also, we paid our bill, which was always $118, never $110. I spent some time fighting this and just tonight, decided to write a check and be done with it. Every time I requested records to show the debt, the things they sent never had a date, other than the billing cycle. After reading reviews, it seems that this company gets a ton of business from T-Mobile, and many claim just as I do, that they paid a final bill and still got shafted. My wife has never in her life paid a bill late and she was a loyal T-Mobile customer for countless years, since their early days. We are both disgusted at their tactics and can say that we will never again be customers, regardless of what they have to offer. Steer clear of T-Mobile. There are far better services for far less.

I came into the store and lisset greeted me, she was super friendly and answered all of our questions! :) She activated me and my family, let us know about the home internet and nice promotions going on! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Every time I come here, there is great customer service. Ask for LISSET, she helped me every time I go and she’s fantastic! Friendly, welcoming and knows what she is doing. I’ve never been somewhere with such great service. 10/10 recommend

The managers Austin and Franky were amazing. We came in for a home internet and walked out with two free phone with unlimited 5g bundled with our home internet. Definitely recommend going in and seeing them at the road 68 location

I usually avoid road 68 all together but the staff and manager at this location are super helpful and kind so it makes the drive not so badI will continue to come to this store
