Fantastic team and a very good product. Professionally Delivered on schedule by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The container was clean and ready to go. When I altered my pickup date they were able to accommodate with no hassles. I whole heartedly recommend Tri-Cities Mobile Storage.

We had an amazing experience with Tri-cities mobile storage. We ended up needing 2 pods delivered to our home, then stored at their location until we moved. Branden worked with us on delivery & pick up. He was great with communication, very efficient & helpful. He made sure we were able to get into the pods when needed. The prices were also very competitive. I would 100% recommend this company!

Container was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Set up and retrieval took just a matter of minutes. The container was clean and exactly as advertised. They are a well run service provider.

Working with Cordell at Tri cities mobile storage, and the rest of the veterans that work for him was the best experience I’ve ever had with a private company. These gentlemen are polite and professional, and will go above and beyond to help their customers every single time. They will drive through snow storms they will make recommendations to make your moving experience safer. They will give you all the tools to succeed in your storage needs as well as you’re moving needs. These guys will work with you every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about this Company.
I wish every company in the eastern Washington area was ran like this company. 100 out of five stars.

We sold a house with a shop full of tools and supplies that we would need while we built a new shop at our new place. Using Tri-City Mobile Storage made it so easy for us! Just load the storage pod, and have them pick it up and bring it to our new place! Then we have everything we need right there while we wait for our new shop to be built! Was so easy and convenient.

We were having our floors replaced and needed a pod to store our furniture. I called TCMS to get prices and dimensions. All arrangements were made electronically. The pod arrived at the designated time. I was shown how to secure it. It was very clean and smelled of disinfectant. The floors were completed three days ahead of schedule so I called TCMS to let them know. They came within half an hour to pick up the pod and refunded me electronically for the difference. It couldn’t have been a more positive experience!

They were very good to deal with and were on time with the delivery. The unit was like brand new and clean. Looked nice in the driveway, not an eyesore like others that I’ve seen. It is airtight and no chance for critters to get in unless you leave it open.. had a bird trapped overnight from my having it open to load. Very professional company. I would use them again if needed.

I was very pleased with the service fro. ri-Cities Mobile Storage. I rented one of their storage units to place in our driveway to store furniture while getting the whole house painted. They were professional and prompt with both delivery and pickup, and the storage unit was clean and secure.
