This place is amazing! I used their self serve dog wash and it was so nice. A great assortment of products (brushes, soaps, sprays, and towels) to make washing my dog a breeze. The cashier was so sweet and helpful. It made the experience of washing my 110lb dog enjoyable. I’ll be a returning customer!!

Best customer service in town!! My husband recently stopped in for the first time and it was a fantastic stop! He's a tall man that is noticed and they didn't flinch or react in any way badly towards him. He left feeling great and has gone back for more equipment and feed since. We will do our homestead shopping here from now on!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean store that's well stocked. Employees are always friendly when I'm in, and they have the best prices on quality dog food around. Also the Georgia Boot selection is great, with some good sales occasionally too. Overall a great addition to this area of Pasco

I'd give a zero if possible! Most horrible customer service I've ever experienced! I have been hung up on multiple times. Waiting weeks for chickens to come no communication whats so ever on the fact they didn't show up. Got on another wait list chicks still didn't come. No call again. Go in to the store after getting hung up on again told they will have chicks in the morning. Chicks were held go to pick them up. They sold my chicks. Will never shop here again.
