The staff lady Jamie Lynn was extremely helpful, sweet, and friendly. When I didn't have the right adapter for the light hookup on my vehicle to use the u-haul trailer I rented, she went to the nearest u-haul facility to get me one. Totally went above and beyond to help me and get what I needed. Amazing service. I will definitely come back here, and recommend to others.

These are my buddies, Manny is the manager.The deals they have on uhauls have been great for me ,as well as in 2 emergency situations when my husband was in Seattle burn center they were there for me in a rapid second with a vehicle. They do everything possible to help their customers out .they even have picked up my rental truck when I couldnt leave the house taking care of my husband. They are truely there for your needs. I defaintly recommend these folks as far as price also. Very reasonable place. Dont forget they got weekly rates.

We requested a 20 foot truck a week before we plan to move. We received a phone call the day before stating that the largest that they had with a 15 foot truck and a 6 foot trailer to pull behind it. We purchased a plane ticket to fly my husband from the westside of Washington over to Pasco to drive the truck on Saturday. It would have been nice to know that the 20 foot truck wasn't available at the time of our reservations. We spent money to fly my husband over here and now don't have the means to move our household items to our new location. In addition, the reservationist was very rude and not helpful.
