They literally never answer their damn phones. They'll just pick up the line and hang up just to get the phone to stop ringing.

I'm so fricken pissed off. Was quoted at 60 dollars. Ended up paying 230. Absolutely awful experience. Terrible parking. Terrible employees who were to busy on their cellphone to give good customer service. And again I WAS QUOTED 60 DOLLARS AND ENDED UP PAYING 230.

I honestly would Not give them one star but it gives you no other choice. What can I say the parking is horrendous, management doesn’t help. It is most likely you will be in line for half an hour. Horrible customer service, I was desperate for a pick up truck usage, used it for 58 miles and I’m being charged one hundred and sixteen dollars!!! Used it for one day no one was helpful!

Easy and fast pick up and return of the van i rented (about 5 min). The van was in good conditions. I also bought some supplies, everything was fine.

Scheduled to get a hitch installed at this location they called and cancelled on me because they dont have anyone employeed to do them. Why take the reservation in the first place!!! They dont do hitch installs. They DON'T do brake installations but of course their website and phone operator dont know that. UPDATE YOUR SERVICES IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THEM ALL!!!

In the past, I have used the pasco location to install hitch receivers on my vehicle, this time I couldn't do so, because they lacked a person trained to do so. So unfortunately they sent me all the way to Yakima to have someone out there do it. Upon arriving, I was told they would be using one part, then another part that would change the whole bar out, and then when they looked at it, they claimed they couldn't do it be cause of my bumper. So I had driven one and half there and back and didn't have a receiver on my truck. It was a waste of gas, when they could of just told me that their policy is to not do installations on vehicles with after market bumpers. Claiming that it doesn't work at all, and the only way to do it was to put the factory bumper back on. This wasn't true, and I can tell you that I do now have a receiver onnmu truck thanks to a different company taking the time to find the right part to install it.

Called and made an appointment to have a hitch installed. I told them they could have it for the day. They requested I have it there by 9am. I was there by 8am. I got a call at 10am and was informed the hitch installation person wouldn’t be I until 2pm. I said that was fine. I never got a call, so at 530pm I called and they informed me the person didn’t come to work. Really, you couldn’t have informed me? I took a day off work to make this happen. Don’t trust this place. There were no apologies from them, just the attitude…..oh well.

Been here over two dozen times and most of their vehicles are in pretty good condition. Just make sure you look at the charges and watch them. There's been a few times I was charged twice as much over the mistake I didn't match up the gas or went over on miles or something. Keep your documents, take pics. Staff are pretty great.
