I would highly recommend using another location. The store does not consistently have a manager on site and they struggle. It took 4 people and about 20 minutes at the counter to send an envelope. Then the package was never delivered. I called corporate and was told that the store had failed to enter a delivery address for my package. However, the employees in store say they are “the middle man” and have no control of the packages they process. I asked when I could come back and speak to a manager the employee told me “we manage ourselves.” It took an hour and a half for me to receive no help and no explanation. I mostly wanted to make sure to avoid this going forward and figure out how to fix the problem. There were multiple issues that required a manager’s attention while I was present: Internet not working, email signed out and a customer needed to print, QR code unable to be located for phone return, unanswered questions about tracking data, ect ect. It’s clear they need a manager to be present. I would assume that corporate makes that decision to cut hours and save on cost. The employees do not need to be responsible for all of those customer concerns. It would be nice to see an hour increase from UPS corporate to allow the store to staff managerS full time. I appreciate the people that are showing up and working and the staff really does try, unfortunately I won’t be able to return because an important and time sensitive document was mishandled and cost me a lot.

Yesterday I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I came in needing to get some legal documents notarized, and I was a little nervous because I had recently lost my ID. All I had with me was my military spouse identification and privilege card, so I wasn’t sure if that would be enough. But the staff here were incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork was taken care of quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this location if you need notary services or just want to be treated with respect and care. Thank you!

I prefer coming here for all mailing and shipping services. They always try to help you find the most cost effective service that meets your needs. They are always kind and try to get everyone through efficiently even when it’s busy. I have also used their printing services that they have there for some party stuff the quality comes out amazing and is affordable. I've been coming here for years and this is the best UPS store around town.

Im trying to purchase a label online, I need assistance and the store manager is telling me they don't have time to assist me over the phone to purchase UPS products. Why would they treat customers like that, very sad!

This is by far the best UPS store in Tri Cities and Moses Lake. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Every one of their workers is very kind , courteous and very helpful. Also very patient with difficult , complicated issues they encounter. Thank you guys! You are the best🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏽👍🏽
