this is for sure the worst company if you are planning on getting phone service from them don’t they will tell u it’s a free phone case and screen protector and they will end up charging u them the next time ur payment is due or if u ask why they are charging more than what they said they will say that it’s for the service u didn’t pay for when u payed sense the beginning it’s the worst company yet i don’t recommend you getting phone service here

Could not help me remove a number of phone numbers from my cell phone and they work for U.S. CELL pretty BAD. Better train them better.

I love coming here to pay my bill the girl Yesi is always soo happy and always greets you and makes me feel sooo welcomed if I can give more the 5 starts I would. Yesi is so awesome and is very helpful...I totally recommend this place if you looking to get a phone!!!

Dont expect to be coming in and out quick even when more then one employee is working. They can do basic things like take payments and get a new phone but if you need anything else save your time and go to an actual U.S Cellular store with employees who dont have to call other stores for help.
