Great location and friendly staff however I think they’re closed on Saturdays at this location. I got a notice to pick up package today but doors are closed at 9:20am

Went in on a Saturday morning and had a quick and pleasant experience.
Anyone complaining about them not taping up your package: That's how it works, you typically must bring your package already closed up and ready.

This is a crappy facility!! They do not follow delivery instructions! Had to take 2 days off work waiting for packages that were suppose to be delivered to my apartment door! Yet they tried to deliver them to the apartment office which is closed!!! So here I am waiting again!!!

If I could give -1000 stars I would. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. When it does ring, no one picks up and you get disconnected or routed to an automated system that is absolutely no help. We have specific postal workers that seem to just not care. If you have to shove things into the mailbox, it’s really not that hard to take the extra minute to put it on the doorstep. It’s also extremely frustrating when no one knocks on the door or rings the doorbell and just leaves a note that we need to go down to the post office to pick something up because no one was home to sign for something. And when my camera picks up these things happening so I run outside to tell them we are home, they ignore you and just drive off.

THE WORSE AND LAZIEST DELIVERY! My package was sent to my neighbors. This is not the first! They always are lazy to look at the number of the house! I have cameras and saw the delivery send my package to my neighbors house. They did not even stop for a second to see the number. They just dropped it there. I went to my neighbors and even show them proof that my package is with them. Showed them the cameras and my delivery alert and number and they kept denying they received anything. The USPS does not care about anyone. They don’t do their job or even have the package on hold if they can’t find the house. My neighborhood are thieves. USPS should be shut down if they can’t do their job right. UPS is better, they always see my number and never lazy.

This place is awful, the management dosent care about anything but $$$. They treat their workers like absolute garbage. Just last week they went as far as shutting the AC off so they could get the carriers out faster in 100 plus degree weather. The funny part is they don't even have enough workers to be efficient because their turnover rate is bad. They let Amazon dictate everything in that office. These are postal workers not Amazon carriers. They make them work 6 days a week because they cant keep employees(i wonder why!!).This place should be investigated for poor working conditions, over working their employees. The favoritism is out of control. If I could give it a 0 I would!

We have not had mail delivered to us for 8 months. 1st claim was that we don't have a physical mailbox. ( We do) 2nd claim was that the mailbox was not at arm's reach for the mailman to deliver without getting out of the vehicle. 3rd claim, they cant do u turns or back-up because it will send a notification to the warehouse and then they have to deal with getting calls from supervisors asking them "why did you back up".

I always have pleasant experiences at this post office. The staff is quick and efficient. Today was an exceptional experience and their employee is to thank.
I actually went to this location twice today. The first time to pick up a package and I evidently left or dropped my wallet. I came back very late and well after hours to see if I'd dropped it in the lobby. I ran into the employee who'd helped me earlier in the day. I stopped her to ask if someone had turned it in. I apologized for bugging her off hours, and said I'd be happy to come back the next day, I was just loosing my mind over its whereabouts.
She immediately remembered and saw me with my kids and told me to wait in my AC'd car and she'd run back in to get it. This was well above the call of duty and as a busy, forgetful mom, she calmed my mind and made my day! Thank you, Deja!

The delivery people, I don't know what happens with them, with my packages and not all of them, but the majority report that they cannot access my home. I am on the lookout and do not pass the route but if they make their report, the service is getting worse.

What an absolute tragedy this place is. You will wait in line for an hour, doesn’t matter the time of day. There’s never enough people working here when there CLEARLY demand for it. And forget it if you call them no one ever answers the phones. Pretty sure they have their phone line ran to a supplies closet.
