Lazy azz people fail to preform simple tasks. I've lost count upon how many times my package has been lost and no one answers. Then you go inside and the people are rude as hell.

The WORST customer service I have experienced! It's impossible to contact anyone at USPS. My package has been "Out for Delivery" for 4 days now, and nobody can seem to tell me where it is. Worst delivery service out there

Janette has always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. I have seen her when she was sick/not feeling well and she still managed to make sure everyone was happy. A couple times I had problems with packages that got lost and she took the time to track them down and get it to where it would not have to be sent back before I could pick it up. She loves her job and is very good at what she does, she's the best.

I drop off a bulk mail box that was left at a donation center and the person at the counter stares at it, glares at me and asks what it is and where it came from.She looks it over with disgust and reluctantly accepts it.I am amazed at her reaction.

The inept management here are the grinches that stole Christmas. Have had my packages for well over a week now, along with my regular Mail that seems to only make rounds to my neighborhood once a week if we are lucky in the middle of Kennewick by the way... Does not accept phone calls as IVR has them immediately disconnect when agent is requested, cannot request to pickup in person and when filing an official investigation, you get a rude phone call followed by an email that your case is closed with no resolution at all. Nothing was ordered last minute and the items that were supposed to get here over a week early may. It make it till after the new year, or at the current rate, Valentine's Day. I would have gladly picked up my stuff if give. The option to do so. Now under my tree is bare and I do t even have the tools for work to do my job efficiently either...Can we privatize the postal service yet?

I LOVE how the Pasco USPS office receives your package on time, and instead of putting it on a truck for delivery they waste time and money to send the package off to Spokane or Walla Walla, who then send the package right back to Pasco! Yayyyy wasted money! Yayyyy delays! Yayyyy unhappy customers! Yayyyyyy more pollution wooooo! Seriously what in the flaming sassafras is going on here?!?! Honestly at this point it seems like the Pasco distribution people are intentionally trying to blank people off, is this all part of Dejoy's super duper plan for USPS?

This post office never answers their phone! I had a package delivered to my lock box, the letter carrier put the key tag of the lock box in my mailbox but there was no key attached. So I was unable to get my package. Super frustrating because I had to leave a note in the mailbox so the incompetent mail carrier can finally delivered my package the next day. I’m hoping he reads my note tomorrow……fingers crossed
