“I’m a regular customer, who could go to other smoke shops conveniently closer to me, but don’t because pasco smoke shop is the best all around! Phenomenal customer service, helpful service every time with kindness, also, employees are passionate and make an effort to get to know you and build relationships with all customers, so after a while, walking in, they greet you like a friend and make you feel welcomed and they typically already have your routine and frequent purchases memorized and get to putting it all together for you making it speedy service. The generosity of the owners is outstanding too! I rode my longboard one hot day down to the shop and the female owner saw I was hot, parched, sweaty and dying from the heat and she told me to go pick out a cold drink from the fridge for free! Grabbed an ice cold faygo!”
“I don't know what these reviews are talking about. The owner has been nothing but pleasant to me. The nicest guy! I don't come here often, but he remembers me every time. Store selection leaves a lot to be desired but hey, it's a convenience store not a supermarket. I always have a good experience here. Only issue is that the hours are inconsistent.”
