Worked with Diego who helped me get a free iPad and $1000 off my new iphone 16 pro max with a trade in promotion, my iPhone was broken and he was still able to accept it as a trade for $1000 off my new iPhone. I didn’t ask for an iPad but he was able to get me a free one and I couldn’t turn down a free iPad!!!! Diego also worked with Verizon to make sure I got all the discounts and my account was setup to save even more money long term with autopay. He also installed my screen protector which I struggled with in the past. I highly recommend this Verizon store over the others in the area for the excellent customer service and technical know how of the associates.

Cruz helped me today getting my smart watch set up. He was so great! Helpful and friendly. I only went in today to get my smart watch added to my plan and I didn't intend to switch to Verizon for WiFi but I did because Cruz was able to save me some money. Thanks Cruz! Keep up the great work!

Becareful they'll Hassel you!!!
Went in ask for a glass screen cover. The young man said $16.00. I repeated the price twice that's it's only $16.00. He repeated the price to me. Went to check out 70.00? What!!??? talked to me like I was stupid.. and said, 6...0.....

Can't call the store and closed early. Staff in store helping other customers but doors locked. Sign on door says open until 8pm

We went in to the store to resolve an issue, but they were so rude we just canceled our service and switched to US Cellular...cut our monthly bill in half and the ladies were very kind and helpful.

Went in to get new service. Agent upsold me a privacy screen protector. I wasn't upset about that but within a week the screen protector had the smallest chip in the corner. Never been dropped, don't carry it in a bag as I'm not a purse kind of girl, nothing. Agent said they could help me claim a warranty on it and it would only cost me another $20 after paying $70 for this garbage. I simply said to take it off they could've cared less. Terrible service and they knew they sold me a defective product and did nothing.

I’m not sure how this place has 4.5 stars they must be giving themselves reviews. They are absolutely incompetent and completely unprofessional. I used to work at Verizon and if this is who they are hiring now… well they’re doing a really bad job. Bunch of little kids working there that absolutely don’t I know what they are doing!
