VERY disrespectful and unkind staff. Walgreens had a very old address in their system and treated my wife very poorly for not knowing it. Walgreens should have had the updated address from our doctor, and at the least they could have treated her kindly when she didn't have it right the first time. Absolutely very disappointed in their treatment of customers.

On hold forever pick up meds not all filled, time to find a better place to pick up medications . They don't care about even picking up the phone ,been on hold for over one hour, then they just hung up,

I have never experienced such a kind environment, my child has special needs and fears doctor visits due to the small closed spaces. Maria and Jose were so kind and understanding of my son’s meltdown and did everything they could to help me get him through waiting. Maria even bought my son a Mickey Mouse toy and Jose tried to get him ice cream as well. I will never forget this positive experience and kindness I experienced in the store today. These two deserve the recognition for an act of absolute kindness that is above and beyond customer service. My heart is so full with gratitude today, thank you Road 68 Walgreens! The cashier working was also very kind and above and beyond helpful, you can tell the staff have very strong values.

A Pharmacy Woman Staff should be fired for such terrible customer service. Both my husband and I have had separate encounters with her where she was not only rude, she would not work with us. She “didnt have time” …. Or she couldn't hand an insurance card to another staff member at drive through….. making me come all the way inside with a sleeping baby. (I was willing
To go home and wait! Not take any time in the drive through!) But they would not listen or be compassionate. My husband was very polite to her on the phone and she was incredibly rude… i see from comments on yelp and google that she has this reputation. Perhaps she does not belong in healthcare.

the pharmacy has probably the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i went in for a pick up was told it wasn’t ready which is totally fine and was given a time to come back so they can gather my prescription. when i went back at the specified time (2 hours later because they were “short staffed”) i was told that actually they could not fill it because they were completely out. i understand it’s a sick time right now but a courtesy call earlier so i could have actually tried to get my prescription fill by another store but they didn’t give me any time to do so. im honestly very upset. how can you do that with a prescription.

Terrible service!! Called to see if my 4 month baby’s prescription was ready for pick up . They were very rude and said we are closed and hang up!

Worst pharmacy service ever. First I waited for three hours to hear when me prescription med was available to only hear that they did not have on stock and would not be available within a couple of days. A phone call would have help specially when the patient is in pain. Secondly, my son needs a prescription the same day and after one r one hour waiting he was informed the insurance card was not active. Can someone then explain how he got checked by the clinic which sent the prescription then? Very disappointing.

I understand Pharmacy Technicians deal with people all day long which is why I’m am as polite as I can be when interacting with a pharmacist. During my last interaction over the phone my issue was resolved but the pharmacist hung up on me. Leaving me clueless about my medication pick up time. Phone etiquette is an important skill when dealing with customers and I think Walgreens can do better.

The store itself is okay it is the pharmacy which is not customer friendly. I had a coupon for medication from Cancer Center for medication I was required to take. The pharmacy clerk refused the coupon and I was treated rudely. I then took my prescription with the coupon to the Walgreens pharmacy on Gage and it was accepted. They were very nice friendly people to this 81 year old who had pancreatic cancer.

My husband and I wanted to give a review on Loa at the Road 68 Walgreens in Pasco Washington. We've been going to that Walgreens for 20+ years and he has always been a beautiful person and very knowledgeable about everything going on in the store. It was his 20th anniversary working there last week(week of Jan. 8th 2024) he has always been a joy to see in the store, Thank You Loan.

The pharmacy is horrible. looking to switch to a new pharmacy they just never seem to have my medication that I need or supplies I need. Unfriendly customer service on the phone unfriendly service at the counter. I'm done.

I’ve never had a good experience getting prescriptions from this location to begin with.(There’s always an issue with my insurance for some reason)Today my husband was there 3 plus times fixing issues they had with our insuranceOnce he finally got the medicine and got home we realized they gave me duplicate medicines instead of one of the ones I needed.Mistakes happen but the way the guy treated me on the phone was rude. It was their mistake not mine. Treating customers poorly for your mistakes makes the company look bad. I’ll definitely be switching pharmacies.We can only do so much on our part to make the process easier and be good customers. I was kind to you so the unprofessional attitudes don’t make any sense to me.Thankfully the girl at the counter was very kind and unapologetic. Maybe he could take some training from her.
