Worst customer service. Their sellers are the worst. They ignore you, unless you are a big builder who always get materials from them.

In East Wenatchee the service has been good, but with the person in charge of the accounts the service is terrible, her name is Jaimie, she is not friendly at all with clients, she does not send the account statements and charges for not paying on time when she never sends is statement, and then she closes your account and the only one to blame for the whole disaster is her

We deal with these folks in business, they leave horrible reviews on our site because they order cut material and never pick it up. They treat our office lady horrible because she calls every few days per company policy to let them know their material is ready. Every person we have dealt with is rude. I wouldn't buy air from these people if they were the only ones that had any.

Watch your credits. They applied someone else's credit to my credit card. And they are curiously not taking action to fix it and get the money to the correct persons card!!!!!!!!In fact... watch every transaction closely. Who knows what is going on here lately. Bad business practices.

Awful customer service and from previous reviews I now know that they use the same tactics for selling product you don’t order and not taking it back regardless of the situation. I have a comercial building I was putting up a fence they delivered me the wrong product my product was back ordered several weeks, after 4 weeks we decided to head out to Yakima instead of waiting. The product was very damaged we set it aside and figured they would stand behind there policy we took pictures of the product being delivered damaged The bags of cement were full of rocks, upon finishing my project I took back the damaged product and the cement rocks they refused to return it. They mentioned some ridiculous policies that are season specific and basically wouldn’t return the damaged product and didn’t credit me anything. I’ve never had to work with them privately, commercially they pretend to bend over backward for you. They didn’t stand behind their word little alone their policy.

Pretty unreal customer service.We are building a fire pit in our yard and purchased material from here. We ordered the correct material, but when our contractor went to pick it up, they gave him the wrong stone. The worst part about it? They made him load 80 blocks one at a time into his truck.When we called to tell them that it was the wrong color and asked if they could deliver or give us a discount did giving our contractor the wrong material they said “well, your contractor should have known it was the wrong material. That’s not our fault”... when in fact it was 100% their fault because we ordered the right material and they gave him the wrong one.?♂️ Terrible service!

Even though the showroom was closed I was able to call the phone number provide and someone was able to help me. I was able to look at blocks in the yard and made my purchase.
