When you need something from them or have a question they ignore you I called them texted them even called one of the sales man a couple times never got back to me until I sent him a message and seemed upset that’s when they decided to reply back. Me personally I would never purchase a car from there again

I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, called to see if it was still available which it was. I went there after work, about 4:00 in the afternoon and spoke with salesman Daniel Munguia and discussed financing and down payment. I went home and filled out the online financing app, ate dinner and by 6:15 got a call saying I was approved. My husband and I drove over and I completed the paperwork and I was home with my car by 7:30!
No hours of waiting, no haggling back and forth and I love my 2008 Mustang GT. Daniel and the lovely woman in the office are wonderful to work with. Thank You both!!

Purchased a 2015 dodge Durango in Jan with a $3200 cash down payment, after leaving the car lot and removing the papers from the windshield I had noticed the wind shield was cracked and was hidden by the sales sticker also the gas cover was glued on and flew off driving down the interstate WHILE driving the vehicle home the day it was purchased Jan 2023. Also the next day after purchasing the vehicle I brought it to Les Schwab in Hermiston OR because it was shaking and figured it just needed some new tires no this company had advised me that they couldn’t believe a car dealership would allow us to spend $20,000+ on a vehicle and have to purchase all new tires THE NEXT DAY. Not to mention the check engine light came on after purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle was maintained by me once purchasing it and keeping the oil changed I’ve had the vehicle 4 months and the engine is blown and sitting in my drive way due to over heating and throttle body control issues and puking oil by the quarts on the ground, Tried contacting the office multiple times to see if we could do a trade in or speak about the issues. I simply wanted to see why he has no interest in making the situation right. I had contacted the bank where we got the loan and they had advised us to speak with the car lot about exchanging the vehicle. The sales man would not give me an owner or a manager to speak with he said he did not have a phone number for anyone higher, They show no understanding or compassion for screwing FAMILIES OVER. All the sales man could say is a purchase a warranty THE VEHICLE DID NOT HAVE A OPTION TO PURCHASE A EXTENDED WARRANTY! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE REFUSED TO ASSIST with getting someone higher then himself. I highly recommend NEVER going to this RUN DOWN CAR LOT.The BBB has been notified of this company please don’t let this business SCAM YOU!!!!!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles here at Zion Autos and have always had a great experience I understand the responsibility of test driving the vehicle running a carfax or taking it to my mechanic, I see a lot of people not taking responsibility after they make a purchase specialty when it’s been months of owning it or years just saying, and they do offer warranties at an additional cost at least get mean for the fist 90 days…be smart ?

This message is not intended for the owner or the business itself, but for a dishonest car seller: Tomas, you lied to me, I wanted a used car and you sold me a car with rebuilt title and lied to me on the paperwork. It's hard to find a litigation attorney who handles this kind of cases, but I'm still looking for one. Shame on you Tomas, you hurt that business and the people who work there.

I have bought over two cars here in the last three years they have been Spectacular, and I am still driving one right now to this day, great prices and they will help with anything you need, also was helpful with them being able to speck English and Spanish, also helps with any credit and they really help with Financing for the car, one thing though is the car did break something in the first year but they said bring it in they fix it on their dime and the car hasn't needed anything to this day.
