“Monty from Simpson's was great! He found all the information and pictures I needed to confirm the paint code on an older Audi. The pallet he built to ensure the tailgate was not damaged during shipping was outstanding. The shippers and rate he found for the tailgate was very reasonable. He even provided me last minute pictures of some damage he noticed during removal so I wouldn't be surprised at pickup. I received the tailgate in exactly the condition he described, with no issues.”

I went home and was able to open up the compartment where the bulbs are for the back lights, Removed the burnout bulb Dropped the bulb into the compartment because I had not attached it properly!
No space To put one’s hand in to get the bulb out, so I drove back to O’Reilly’s and Cory Was kind enough to come out Remove the bulb out of the compartment and replace the bulb properly.
