The pallet he built to ensure the tailgate was not damaged during shipping was outstanding. The shippers and rate he found for the tailgate was very reasonable. He even provided me last minute pictures of some damage he noticed during removal so I wouldn't be surprised at pickup. I received the tailgate in exactly the condition he described, with no issues.”

“It was raining, heavily for the 1st time in many weeks, my wipers were old and smearing the windshield and making lots of squeeking noise. I stopped at Baxter Auto Parts and asked for wipers for my pickup.Not only did they have them. and they were on sale, but they installed them for free (and in the RAIN too)!!! Great store and people!”

“My brand new car with 1200 miles purchased from another afore dealership broke down while i was climbing the road the hurricane ridge. What a nightmare... well it very well could have been But Rob and the service department from Price Ford went above and beyond anything i could have imagined in helping me. They got my part into town as quick as possible, they gave me a loaner so i wasn't stuck at a hotel with no access to get around, and they kept me updated day to day on the fix. This wasn't their car they sold, I am not a customer of theirs, i live 300 miles away.. but they made my problem into their problem, and made sure i was super well taken care of, and for that i will be forever grateful. Honestly, i may travel the 300 miles to buy my next car here because i was so blown away by the treatment i received. Don't hesitate talking to Rob and the service department here, they're top class!”

“Leaving a 4 star because my experience started out horrible, but was saved by a different team member, I believe his name was John. I came in to have my battery tested. The guy at the counter said he couldn't do it and actually suggested I go to O'Reilly. I asked if they could give me a jump, since I'd turned the car off to have the battery tested. He again told me no, suggesting I walk over to the muffler shop nearby (which was closed) and ask them. In the parking lot, an AutoZone employee who was off the clock offered to jump me. He also went inside to get John, as the jump was not working. John took care of me from then on- he tested my battery for me, sold me a new one, and installed it for me. Thanks for saving my night John!”
