“I cant recommend Olympic Tire and Auto enough. Jeremy is so knowledgable. Quoted me a fair price for the appropriate repair on my 2014 Ford Flex. It was our water pump which is not an easy job. He came back in the end $1500 under what he quoted me as he didnt need to do all of the maintenance that he expected to. There was a wait to get in as they are a small shop, but good work is well worth the wait!”
“Took my ‘03 2500 here when it went into limp mode back in 2023. He was booked out about got me in and had truck fixed in the time frame he said it would be and communicated everything so that I could understand what was going on.”

“Bought my 2017 audi q7 3.0t back in April from an scummy dealership (wish i wouldve found that out sooner) and have had a couple issues since than. Ive had to have one pretty major mechanical repair and a some basic maintenance done on it. Got referred to rustys after learning my trusted mechanic cant work on these cars. Always hesitant to switch mechanics but these people are amazing! James is extremely knowledgeable and hard working! Jackie is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met!

“I can't thank Brittney enough for her honest work!!!. I have had issues with my door actuator that controls the HVAC in my silverado 1500. Its been a ongoing problem for years. A shop down the road from me could not figure it out. And another shop told me they don't work on actuators and were to old to take the dash aprt... Britney ran the codes on my truck and found the issue. The same day I had my truck blower / defrost working again. She is honest, knows more than most other people/ shops.. and is really on top of her game. Thank you again Brittney”
“Good Work, but Communication Needs Improvement
I recently had shocks and struts installed on my car at the Port Angeles
Les Schwab. I ordered the parts on a Wednesday and was told they’d
arrive Friday and that I’d get a call on Monday. I never received that
call, and by the following Wednesday I had to call them myself. They
told me the parts were in and weren’t sure why no one contacted me.
Once things were scheduled, the service itself was great. They asked me
to drop my car off by 9 AM Thursday and said it would be done by the end
of the day. I dropped it off at 9, and it was finished by noon. The car
rides noticeably better now.
Overall, the work was solid and fast once the appointment was set, but
the communication beforehand definitely needs improvement.”
“Toni’s is the best auto service garage that I have ever dealt with. Toni always does a great job of explaining my service options and I have never had any problems with any of the work done there on my Mini Cooper. As soon as my other car is no longer covered by warranty, I intend to start bringing it to Toni’s as well.”

“Jeep developed a pretty loud rattle up front. Called Denny at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, and he said bring it in. They immediately looked at it. Turned out to just be some missing bolts for the skid plate. Installed some, and I was on my way at 3:15. Price was very reasonable.”

“This is not a shade tree mechanic's shop. I was referred here by the dealership. Tommy was very courteous and explained exactly what my problem was. Just be prepared for dealership repair prices. Wow. Recommended with that caveat.”

“So, my lil' brother's transmission checked out on him, so we went in and talked to Aaron at Bayview Transmission. He was upfront about what to expect, how long it would take, the cost, the parts he was using to rebuild my brother's transmission, and any other questions we had he answered. It was done on the day they said it would be done by, his truck runs & drives great again. And it comes with a 2 year no questions asked warranty! VERY reasonable price on the rebuild too! Thanks again to Aaron & the guys in the shop for doing a great job on my little brother's truck, and thanks to Savanna at the front desk for helping answer all of our questions and for always having a huge smile on your face!!!!”
