Checked the light, let us know the issue without charge. Sent us onour way (after jumping our battery for us) to let us repair ourselves as my husband is quite handy. “We needed to replace tire. We called to ask if they had our tire, one in stock. The gal held it and would squeeze us in upon our arrival. We finally arrived and they took our tire and rim to work on it.After a small wait the new tire was on the rim. Husband went to take care of the bill and there was no charge! Are u kidding me!?! The service and care was over the top. We were so happy I left without my coat. We weren't even a few feet away, the gal calls us to return for my coat, she even brought it to the car for me. So happy and what a blessing these folks are!”

“My brand new car with 1200 miles purchased from another afore dealership broke down while i was climbing the road the hurricane ridge. What a nightmare... well it very well could have been But Rob and the service department from Price Ford went above and beyond anything i could have imagined in helping me. They got my part into town as quick as possible, they gave me a loaner so i wasn't stuck at a hotel with no access to get around, and they kept me updated day to day on the fix. This wasn't their car they sold, I am not a customer of theirs, i live 300 miles away.. but they made my problem into their problem, and made sure i was super well taken care of, and for that i will be forever grateful. Honestly, i may travel the 300 miles to buy my next car here because i was so blown away by the treatment i received. Don't hesitate talking to Rob and the service department here, they're top class!”
