“2 weeks ago in mid-July, my family rented the car from Budget for just one day. After we returned the car next day, Enterprise is supposed to pick us up to their shop to rent another car. However, their phone line was always busy. Bruce, the gentleman from Budget, was very kind in sending us to Enterprise! He didn't have to do this, yet he did it out of good will. “I was having car issues this last week and needed to get to an appointment in Sequim and Thursday.So we rented a car locally from enterprise on Wednesday to return on Friday.The customer service was excellent!The pickup was very pleasant and everything was smooth and well handled.The car handled perfectly and was in good order.Return was fast, simple and friendly.Overall we will be using enterprise the next time we have car issues!”
