“The guy in here was very nice and boot up one of his computers and let me use it to install a BIOS update file to a flash drive because it froze and bricked my motherboard the first time I tried. The library does not let you do that I tried. It was really my only option besides buying a new motherboard and rebuilding the whole computer since I didn't have a second computer to do it on but he understood the situation. Even though I wasn't a typical customer he still helped me out and didn't even charge me even though I was ready to pay. He saved me a lot of money. Appreciate it.”
