“Johanna and I stayed for 2 nights in Caroline's home- that is the feel one gets staying in this lovely b and b. Special touches at all levels. great rooms and shared spaces. Carolines serves a homemade feast in the morning and you can get to go arrangements. She is super caring of guests. 10/10 at all levels.”
“Very clean, the owners are very nice. The beds are comfy, clean sheets and blankets, and very quiet. Big tv, free internet. Close enough to walk to the beach. Everything you might need is close by. There is a laundry room on the premises. We will definitely stay here again.”
“I stayed here for 3 nights on a long weekend starting Thanksgiving day, this year. When I got to the counter there was a friendly lady working, it was about 11pm. We had a nice conversation and I saw her 1 more time during the trip. She told me to ask the day person for more info about a specific attraction, so the next day I did. This lady was also very nice and we had a nice chat.
Rooms were very clean, though not super quiet with fairly thin walls. For a 2 star hotel, it was well worth the price. Nice also that they had a fire tv, so I could load all my apps and shows to watch, then just reset it when leaving. Continental breakfast definitely left a lot to be desired, and location is not great if you don't have a car, which I don't. Only saving grace is that there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that ran every 30 minutes only until 9pm, and not at all on Sundays.
Overall, excellent stay. I'm coming for a few days again this weekend, and if I didn't want to be more IN Port Angeles, I would stay there again.
Rooms: Amazon fire tv
Safety: Felt very safe”
“The furnishings are well appointed not quite opulent but they feel luxurious. They've taken pains to make sure that the "lodge" feeling is authentic, with timber and wood fittings as well as stunning photography of the Olympic National Forest hung down the hall ways. It's obvious that the manager is keeping the place spic and span with excellent maintenance and attention to details. The room is always large with exquisite lighting. The rear-facing windows look out on to the golf course. It always makes me feel good to stay there. I also take advantage of the hot tub and pool (pool towels extra are available in the lobby). If you go, bring your swimsuit. Included in the nightly rate is a breakfast, which has at least some hot options like egg/potatoes...as well as the standard American nutritionally hollow products e.g. waffles/bread. Fruit/yogurt/granola elevate the offerings. Good coffee. Right off the driveway into the hotel is a nice walk up the hill into a neighborhood. There are walkable dining options (including a Jimmy Johns sandwich place). Great value, incredibly good service. Highly recommend.”
“Dated, but still very, very nice! Had all the details anyone might want for a couple - included washer/dryer, grill, full kitchen, fireplace, etc.
Immaculate, with a beautiful setting: don't let the remoteness of the location dissuade you from choosing one of the cabins!”
“Not glamorous but a good place to just crash for a short period/night. Very clean & surprisingly quiet for being on the main drag. Close to Safeway, Wal-Mart & downtown. I did find the toilet in room "12" quite small and pink (lol). Also, there's a coffee stand very close just thru the parking lot.”

“The Fairmount has NEW OWNERS and the place is very clean and well maintained.. It is a budget motel and is not in anyway like most economy dumps. The place was recently refurbished so everything is pretty fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Fred Ross”
“Staff was awesome. Friendly town. I was able to slow down for a day and just relax. They knew the area and even called after I checked out to let me know of a road blocked that wouldn’t allow me to reach my destination. So thankful. I will return”

“Campsites are deep in the rainforest, on or close to the river. There are many miles of hikes right from your campsite. Backpack camping at a few lakes. A beautiful and very unique waterfall. Also if you want to relax in a hot spring, there is a short walk through the woods to a resort with 3 different temperature hot springs. Fed by natural Hot springs in the forest. Fair warning, be a responsible camper. Pack your food away or have an airtight container. Because the animals know when there's food and they come quickly. Mostly the birds and chipmunks. But bears, raccoons and cats are not unheard of roaming in the area.”
“Great hotel to stay in when you need to catch the Blackball Ferry. Conveniently close. They provide coffee and a mini fridge which is a nice perk. Shower and bed are great.”

“I would like to especially thank Peter, the chief engineer, for his gracious assistance when we needed a jump start for our car after 5 days in the parking lot. The lobby clerk quickly called him to help us and we much appreciated their help.”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful. They called me to clarify my needs, and helped me add a room for a last minute couple who joined our travel group. Easy to get to thie place, plenty of parking, good restaruant recommendations, easy key drop when we left in the morning. Quick, easy, In and out. Just what we wanted while passing through Port Angeles on a family pilgrimage, to Clallam Bay, and then ferry trip to Canada!”
“Outdated but clean rooms. Lots of parking places.
They ask for $250 deposit for the night, which is exagerated and not mentioned in the booking, so be awere.”

“I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but the stay completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. For the price, it’s probably the best value in town — highly recommended!”
“The Aircrest is an hidden gem of a motel in Port Angeles. It’s a five minute drive from the hotel to the ferry terminal, which makes it super convenient for catching the early ferry.
I made my reservation well in advance and I was able to check in very late one night and leave very early the next morning. Even though it was a holiday weekend, I was able to book only one night.
Our room had been recently renovated and was super clean and comfortable. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel or anywhere else, for that matter!
Thank you Aircrest for a calm and quiet place to sleep after a long day of travel. I woke up refreshed and ready to continue my journey!”
