I recently lost my health insurance and needed to renew a large prescription. It was my first time using a prescription coupon and the pharmacy tech was so helpful and reassuring. There’s hardly ever a wait at this location and it’s never busy which is helpful when I have sensitive questions regarding medications. The two pharmacists are so sweet and helpful, but their tech is so rad. Give her a raise!

Most efficient people I've ever dealt with at a drug store. The pharmacy gets things done. Nice folks too. That goes for this and every Rite Aid that I've done business with.

Don't recommend the Lincoln pharmacy at all! So many problems with trying to get my much needed medications. they are either never ready when promised and I don't get a notification til about 5 min til they close ( this happens way too frequently) or the pharmacist tech who sits in the corner puts them aside and forgets about them until I finally call and ask what happened to them . the tech says she will fill them by the afternoon but never does and the pharmacist acts like he knows nothing about it or can't find where she put it. Super frustrating when im limited on transportation and I have to walk . I prefer riteaid plaza on 101. Ken will get it done much faster and always has a smile.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever seen.1. They didn't check their voicemail most of the morning so my providers overnight call in prescription went unnoticed.2. They said the prescription wouldn't be done by 33. We came back at 5 and they hadn't even started processing it. We were on our way to Lake Crescent for dinner but had to delay the trip4. We came back AGAIN at 5 30, the line was super long5. They didn't charge my insurance! I was in such a hurry I just paid the costs.6. I looked in my paper bag on the way out and they didn't have the 3rd and most important prescription.7. Went back and told them they were missing a medicine. They said they didn't have it in stock and would have it in 3 days. I said I wouldn't be in town anymore and needed the medicine today.The worst thing they did was they didn't even bother telling me at any point that they didn't have the main prescription and never offered any solution until I had to run back and cut the line and call to them. These people were utterly incompetent!

The pharmacist was quick to fill my prescription but the pharmacy in general is under staffed. Be prepared to wait a lot longer when it's busy. The store in general is under staffed and runs out of sale products quickly.

I went in to get some snacks, I forgot my debit, the manager paid for them with his own cash. I go in this location almost every day, and everybody is always super nice to me and I appreciate that.He told me to pay it forward, and I will. Thanks for being very nice I'm going extra from you.

I like the store, the employees are very friendly and the manager (his name is Juan) cares about his customers. I am grateful to the pharmacy because they helped me transfer my prescription because other pharmacies did not accept my insurance, the pharmacy was very efficient and the staff was very friendly. thanks for your help!
