The clerk was amazingly helpful. She helped me carry my stuff to the counter, was so friendly, told me where I could get a discover pass and also where a good free campground is. I'm here right now, she was spot on.

Good selection, fair prices, decent and well-stocked hot case. What really sets Fairmount apart though is the staff -- they are incredibly kind and helpful. One staff member recognized me after _years_ between visits, and asked after my youngest child, then finishing pre-school, who hadn't been in since she was literally an infant in a car seat. In short, this is a by-the-numbers, simple gas station, but with a genuine, old-school commitment to customer relationships.
