“Ok this should have been an easy thing to do, drop off a package. But a customer threw out the return label from the parts provider today and I had a tracking return number but no label. I went to FedEx at the Port Angeles Airport and they basically told me to pound sand and can't help as they are express and said I had to go to the ground center to package, reprint and ship. I was able to get the original label confirmed and I went to the ground center after she gave me a card with the address. I showed up and realized immediately this was not a ship center like they were at the airport. I spoke to a amazing employee, P&D Manager I beleive was his title on his door, Joe Wilson and he fixed my bad experience. Though they do not always do this, he had me email him my label, he printed it (and reduced it), packaged and shipped it for me at no charge. This is the perfect example of how it's done boys and girls. HUGE 10 star ? above and beyond shipping experience by this Port Angeles Ground Depot Center and FedEx Employee.”
