We walked into Thurman's today to inquire about a new bath/shower system. We were the only customers in the store with 5 or 6 employees. Stood in the shower area for about 15 minutes, not one employee came over to ask us if they could help. We are headed to Silverdale to spend our money, I'm sure someone there wants it

Thurman saved Christmas with exactly the part I needed to fix my kitchen faucet. Excellent service. They answered the phone right away, and knew they had the right part in stock. Helpful employees were there to help me find just what I needed.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff especially with plumbing issues.Normally I default to big box stores, but their staff saved me a few calls to the plumber, and the hundreds of dollars that go with it. I'm giving them my business because of it.

Worst customer service lady ever. I went to ask a simple question and she acted like she was put out that I even asked, then when I hunted down someone who could help they took me right back to her, and then at time to pay I tried to pay in cash and her response was “Can you pay in anything besides that?”. Seriously? The store was nice, the younger guy who got my materials for me was nice, but that lady up front counter was terrible.

3 stars might be pushing it more due to the help, or the lack of it and associated knowledge. The first person, not helpful, mentioned Cody, so I sought Cody out.Love the wood stove selection. Luckily Cody is an employee who knows his stuff and is very helpful taking his time to explain and give advice. I'm buying my stove here because of Cody.Looking around I like the displays and product lines like Kohler bathroom sinks.I'm sure getting good help is difficult.
