Easy to use, friendly staff, great environment and services. The no Saturday services are a bit of a bummer. I recommend this bank fo general banking needs.

Alexis is amazing at what she does. She explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Was super easy to open an account. Best bank I've ever used and best teller by far...i highly recommend their service

Highly recommend Umpqua bank and the local gals. I had issues with a business account and Karen and Leslie went above and beyond. I have been banking with Umpqua for over 10 years and just moved to PA a year ago. They treat me as if they have known me for years. Highly recommend for business and personal accounts
